The convenience

Air conditioning not working, nothing done after being reported to staff. Long black hairs all over the room. I was to tired to care at that point. I just need to get a few hours sleep and for that it was okay.

The only thing to like about this space was that it was on the airport property and it met my need to sleep before moving on.

Space size. Uncomfortable beds. Layout.

Nothing was good about this except that it was near the airport. Too small, room smelled bag. And super expensive.

Breakfast is far too simple considering the room price. Room size is unbelievably small. Really hate the rules of trolly being not allowed to be used when getting into the lift.

It is in Singapore, a pretty expensive place. So $200 + dollars for 6 hours was steep. But, in this case it was worth it.

Very convenient but pricy. Great for an overnight stay if you have a very early flight. Super small room but very clean.

it was extremely well designed and the quality of the design, finishes and furnishings was impressive. For a cubicle type room Im not sure what you could improve on?? Maybe the location of the outlet for the hair dryer. As I travel I notice that they are always in odd places that don't make since for you to dry your hair in form too a mirror. It seems the designer never tried to dry their hair in one of the units.

The location for the airport can’t be beaten, you’re literally inside Jewell. The room itself is surprisingly comfy and there was a complimentary breakfast

For what it is, it’s overpriced and you can’t store luggage outside of checking in (baggage storage is available at Jewell at extra cost)

The Yotel property met my expectations. I think that seeing videos by vloggers really helped me to decide to stay here. Firstly, it was because it was at the Jewel area.. Next, the cost was cheaper than the transit hotel on the airport side. Since I am a solo traveller and a petite woman at that, the room was just the right size for me. it might be a little tough if there are two persons in the room that I was in. Seeing two water bottles in the room was very much welcomed since I had been walking from the airport gate to the train to the arrivals hall then to the walkway to the Jewel complex. It was even better when the crew checking me in advised me of the FREE hot beverages that were available all day and all night. I made sure to go back downstairs to avail of a cup to just warm the soul. The next day, I was pleasantly surprised with the small baked items. It was not much, but was enough to at least get some energy until I could go back to the restaurants at the airport side. Finally, the area where you sit to appreciate the hot beverages and muffins faced the greenery of the Shiseido forest Valley. What a great way to wake up and get started.

It was just a bit of a hike from the arrivals area of the airport and I did not really see many signs to direct me. With my flight arriving at 10:30 pm, most of the retail shops were already closed so I had to ask some of the folks where to find the hotel. Perhaps some improved signage or direction prominently available on the hotel’s page. Maybe I did not notice so maybe in the reminder emails, you can have directions indicated and the floor to go to.

The breakfast was not expected so I was pleasantly surprised. It was basic, pastries, tea/coffee and juices. Nice view of the Jewel waterfall from the breakfast room.

Staff could be more engaged with the guests. Seemed more interested in looking at their phones. Bathroom smelt awful. I think there are plumbing issues.

Very small room. There is no space to move either. Staff is very cut and dry. Not even a smile on their face. Will never stay there again.

The staff was so kind! There were free coffee and water. The wifi speed was also good. The room was clean. The location was just fantastic.

We stopped the AC, according to the instruction on the wall but it seemed it didn’t stop ? So it became pretty cold while we were asleep.

My family arrived midnight and would like to see the waterfall in Jewelry Changi which starts from 10am, so this hotel is the best choice for us, and the fact prove it is correct. Room is very small but we could take a shower and decent sleep, which is very enough.

The amount of money for an overnight stay is not what the room is worth for. The pictures that was posted for advertising is false advertising. The room is so tiny. There was literally not enough room to move around and the price for the room charge is way way too much

The staff/ cleaners were more friendly and helpful then the service desk staff

0 customer service, we requested water at the room after 30 mins we had to call and remind them, they asked us if its possible to come and collect it. Besides that the whole hotel has 1 iron whoch is always used next day we tequested they said it's damaged we asked a cleaner outside he said he will bring it to our room he was very helpful

Far too expensive for what is provided. Very small, no windows, no fridge & like a rabbit Warren to get to & from rooms. The below question asks "did the property meet your expectations". I am saying yes for the convenience but defiently NO for the cost of what was not provided.
