Nice location ...near to the beach

Air con vents so dusty ...Rooms seems like no clran for very long ...poor hosuekeeping ... I paid $3** dollar per night for the room.and it's really suck ....

The property is very beautiful with nature surrounding. I love the swimming pool, my children also love it. The staff easy to contact via WhatsApp and very responsive, they are very nice and helpful. The area just a beach front and also there is 711 store just next to it. The free bus just like seconds walk and brings you less than 5 mins to the tram BEACH STATION where you can take the monorails to all over Sentosa, or you can walk to beach station it’s like 5 mins from the hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Overall I really really like it. I would like to get back and stay here.

Maybe the toilet and the interior a little bit old for such a fancy prices. But it doesn’t changes the function really. Still comfortable.

two pillows for each bed are too high, can proivde one low and obe high so that the guest have some choices

Proximity, cheapest hotel on Sentosa.

Very over priced, definitely not a 4-star hotel.

Breakfast was ok, first time I’ve ever had mashed potatoes with a full American Breakfast though lol. Location was fantastic, walk out the door and onto the beach which was right behind the bus stop for the free bus service / awesome.

The building are now a bit on the ‘dated’ side but all in all it’s ok.

Facilities

Staff attitudes and honesty. I left my swimsuit behind when I checked out, went back and ask for it on the same day but housekeeping said didn’t see it. And the swimsuit was new, my son only wore for 1 time.

Beds were very hard, aircon sounded like there was a storm outside, bathroom was tiny and had to be careful when using shower as the entire floor would be a puddle definitely not worth the money regret not booking elsewhere

Not clean at all, very old beds and rooms , the stuff really hates the gusts 🙂

The grounds are really green, nice and relaxing. There is close access to the beach and the resort is in a good location. The rooms are also nice and clean. There were a good variety of channel choices on the TV as well.

The welcoming staff was not so informative, they sort of check you in, give you the key to the room, and have you figure it out on your own. I wasn't even told the direction to the room/elevators or offered any help. I had several pieces of luggage and was on my own, I had to ask for help and was told that there isn't any bell service or even a cart for that matter. I stressed that I needed help as I wouldn't be able to move all the luggage on my own. I ended up moving a portion and some other staff member was called to move the rest. Certain areas around the grounds aren't that safe and need maintenance. There aren't any warning signs either. For example, there was an area where the glass handrails were set up in a strange manner that you can accidentally walk into it. My little daughter without noticing walked right into the glass and bruised her face.

Lovely room and environment.

Windows were filthy, check-in took a long while, and wasn't informed that I could've entered the island for free.

I'm really disappointed the room aircond no good service and the value of money for the food really I'm not happy we too much for money the food but end of the day is not quality and hygiene pleaee the hotel management take look into what happend overnight and see how is the food for Room service delivered to the customer.

The location is great and the kids loved the pool

Absolutely loved the eco-friendliness of the hotel and how natural it is. Incredible environment to be in. The staff were also very friendly and relaxed, which we appreciate. Thank you!

It would have been nice to see the bedsheets ironed upon arrival; and the shower tended to flood the bathroom as bit when used. Otherwise it was great!

Welcome to the jungle! We loved the location, the hotel seemed to be located in the middle of the jungle. And the swimmimg pool... like a river in the Amazon ending with amazing waterfall 🤩 (artificial waterfall). The room was spacious with a big window with a seat parapet and really nice view of the beach. There is also a nice view from the roof bar.

The place is a bit run down, needs some renovation. But still beautifull.
