I love this hotel…I always stay here when I come to Singapore n it’s my happy place…I love the perfumed air wherever I go in the hotel…the staff are warm n courteous…the facilities provided by the hotel are exceptional…the hotel gym is spacious and has all the correct equipment and a great yoga room too…the location is conveniently right next to Bugis mall…..all in all, it deserves all the 5 stars it’s got…love❤️

Everything was excellent except the AC was pretty weak.

Service from the staff could not be better.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nur teilweise einem 5 Sterne Standard: Badezimmer Armaturen ausgeleiert, Steckdosen funktionieren nicht, etc.

The staff from the front door , Reception, Housekeeping every body is so helpful and give us a very warm feeling We really like staying in Intercontinental as the service is very personalize

The variety of the breakfast, the restaurant serve the same foods everyday . which is me and my family expect we can have more varieties of local foods

Spacious room, cleanliness and location

Breakfast Room food variety is limited, staff seem not trained. Coffee and Tea orders took very long, doesn’t know where salad is when another customer asked. Claypots covers are too heavy and slippery. And no complimentary parking for hotel guests. Many hotels in Singapore don’t own the car park too. But most can provide complimentary parking for hotel guests.

Best location in town, right next to Bugis Junction. Fast check-in and check-out. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice layout. Will stay here again.

The stopper of the bathtub does not seem to work.

The location is very convenient, close to the aurora via a highway, the hotel opens up directly to 3 malls and the MRT. The staff on check in as we arrived early in the morning was very helpful. The check out process was also very smooth and pleasant. The breakfast is legendary, and the other restaurants on site are of a very high standard, guests get a discount too!

Just our personal preference, the beds and pillows are too soft.

We liked the location, amenities, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Due to our routines we prefer afternoon housekeeping and this was communicated to reception but unfortunately, our room was not made up on the last day before our check out. However we guess this may be due to the weekend working hours of the staff, yet no one explained this to us.

It was a beautiful building in a great location

From the minute we alighted from the taxi we were attended to by door staff. Our luggage was whisked away and taken to our room without any fuss. Check-in was courteous and efficient. Air-con (a must have!) was good and our room was spacious with an air of luxury about it. Any minor issues were attended to immediately with a follow up call from reception to confirm everything was sorted. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and there was a relaxed confidence about the way they went about their business. The breakfast was fabulous with enough choices to satisfy almost all travellers.

Couldn't fault the hotel on this visit and will hopefully return again someday.

Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and offered a nice view of the area.

It was ideally located with good ambience . However missing was the hospitality . It was my daughters 21st birthday : I tried getting in touch with the property 5 days before my check in … thru emails z& various tel calls but was unable to get any response . Finally I did manage day before thru their Robinson quay property but was given a blunt response by the lady there . Am a elite gold member of IHG & had recently stayed at your Dubai property . Am not going to recommend IHG Singapore to anyone after this bitter experience . The only saving grace of this experience had been the duty manager Fahmi who went out of his way to accomdatoe my request . Am sorry never again !!!!

1. Courtesy & Respect with Care. 2. Culture.....When we left the room for some time and upon return to our room we were as if we had come to a new experience in hospitality as a. On the side table a glass on a linen coaster and a bottle of water was carefully placed and the angle of placement of the Ibottle was such to provide ease when sitting or lying on the bed. b. A white fabric was placed on the floor and bedroom slippers from the Hotel were placed on the same. c. The room had been adjusted and the bed was remade. d. The Hotel for any reason could not provide us the room at 3pm, so they upgraded us to a junior suite. e. I received the respect of being a IHG Club member. Now, in UK they clean rooms after 3days,as a policy.

Being Muslim we on religious reasons we do not eat pork. In the Hotel Chinese menu there was little to offer with out pork. BUT Again, we received consideration at the highest level; Despite ours being the last order from: The head catering person The lady taking the order, the restaurant person incharge probably The Chef A meal was especially taken order of and I didn't know that a chicken dish had some pork ingredient and I was informed and it was removed, from everything I wanted to eat of the menu. My dinner became a dining experience 😋 😌 ☺️ 😍

It was compact but clean and comfortable

We stayed on a half boad(Includes breakfast and lunch or dinner) plan, but none of the staff understood it, and it was inconvenient that we had to explain it every time. In spite of having the restaurant confirm and understand about half board each time, when we checked out, we were asked to pay about $400 more for lunch and several dinners, so we had to explain again that it was not necessary, .......exhausted.
