Love the location

No great access for my husband who doesn’t walk so well. Don’t no why the concierge bar was in the lobby , there was a beautiful room upstairs.

Lovely pool, a good evening buffet available and friendly staff.

We booked a club room that advertised a club lounge- this was closed, so breakfast etc had to be taken in the downstairs buffet, which was very hectic.

Clean room.IT worked. Everything else far below usual standard, I can say from years using this facility for years.

Extremely complicated and timeconsuming to book at their website. When I finally managed they would not accept the same credit card that Booking.com accepted 2 minutes later. Because of that they would not give me the rate or point from my IHG membership. Long, long line for check in (and check out). Could not get the room that I booked. No bottled water in the room. Only a machine which was supposed to convert tap water to water between 27 to 90 degrees in a dark corner. Impossible to read and follow the complicated procedure. Everybody knows that water treated this way might be a liability. (Bought water at the supermarket downstairs). The phone-system converted to a unusable mess of newwawe IT, too complicated and unnessacary. Forget it if you want to book food. Was that done for the guests or for some IT-company? Definately not for the guests. And as always: Close to impossible to get a cab unless you wait and wait and wait. Whole hotel completely understaffed. Zero facilities in the room except a toothbrush. Used to be 4 star+, today an overpriced 2 star hotel.

convenient location, walking distance to orchard shopping center

There is no hot water in the morning, making shower impossible. It happened for multiple days.

It’s near the Orchard Road and near the station (Orchard station)

Even though I already did the pre-registration, when I arrived, there was only 1 staff at the reception and I have to wait for a while. To be fair, a staff already came to me and helped me to do the check in via the machine but it didn’t work. One more thing, we have to carry our luggages by ourselves when checking in and checking out. I feel lost when first came to the hotel. I think the hotel needs to improve the customer service so the customers can experience better.
