Good location

Building works going at time of stay

Location was very good, 2 mins walk to Kingsgrove station. Woolworths was a short walk. Couple of coffee shops nearby. Also good restaurants within walking distance. Pub below the hotel was very nice.

1. Found few of the staff rude - making faces, pretending not to hear. Overall dissatisfied with the staff. 2. There was a fan at top of shower, which had the same switch as the light in the washroom. So the fan will go on if you switch on the light. It was a problem for number of reasons - (i) it wasn't clean, there were heaps of dust stuck on to it and (ii) taking a shower during a cold morning was a nightmare as the fan made it very cold.

Everything was very clean and all facilities were available including free parking. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Rooms were a little small but had everything we needed so no complaints! We could hear noise from the hallways and people talking but not enough to be bothered by

Close proximity to where we had to go. The restaurant downstairs was handy and the food was really nice

As we are getting on in years the 2 flights of stairs were challenging but we made it

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Off street parking. Good pub food and bar downstairs.

No wi fi for most of my stay. A roach problem and skipped cleaning did not help, and the clean towels were not always clean

The hotel is right near the train station, and has it's own carpark. The rooms entrance is separate to the pub. Despite there being pokies and late opening hours, there was no noise or disturbance.

Una cucaracha en el baño, aunque bastante normal para Sidney en esta época del año.

Nuestra instancia no incluía desayuno pero pudimos cenar en el buffet de abajo del hotel y disfrutar de unas buenas cervezas a un buen precio.
