Lovely house, very clean and cosy and well equipped for our stay. The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch and as we were staying over the Christmas break the house had been decorated for Christmas. Location was ideal for walking into town or visiting local attractions.

It was so clean and cosy, Sally was quick to respond to enquiries I had, and left a lovely gift pack and pint of milk for us on arrival. The property was well located for Sewerby Hall and the beaches, just a 15 minute walk away. Everything had been thought of for our stay, I'm pretty certain I could have cooked a full blow roast dinner should I have wanted to. 😊

Only down side was I wish I had booked for longer.

Modern and comfortable , clean and felt at home couldn’t wish for a better location for a weekend, loved it , be stopping again , thanks to the owners for bottle of wine the lady’s enjoyed

Found it difficult to find maybe mention the green fencing and the property is on the corner. The entrance to park car is not clearly marked.
