Caratteristica casa sulla spiaggia con tonnellate di carattere del New England. Completamente arredato e ampiamente ristrutturato. Aria condizionata, camino, cortile completamente recintato di buone dimensioni (siamo i cani!) e una grande brezza marina la maggior parte del tempo sulla veranda protetta. Secondo bagno con doccia al piano di sotto. ROKU / Internet / Wifi. Patio con set nuovo e griglia Weber. Un sacco di parcheggio in doppio vialetto e su strada (lotto d'angolo). 5 minuti a piedi (o meno) da spiaggia, molo, negozi, ristoranti, banca / bancomat, generi alimentari, farmacia, museo, parco, treno, Seaside Pavillion, minigolf, negozio di dolciumi / gelateria. Breve giro per Funtown USA, SplashTown, Aquaboggin, eccellenti campi da golf e film tra cui un vero drive-in. Guarda i fuochi d'artificio del giovedì sera dalla veranda!

Really no complaints that have anything to with the property (we had some loud neighbors etc). Hoping we’ll be back next summer!

We had a nice stay. Location is 5-10 min walk to all that OOB has to offer. The fenced in yard is a great area for dog & grilling out, with both shady & sunny areas. My only suggestion would be to get a pull out couch in basement area as there are only cots there to sleep.

The house has great space inside and out . The location was perfect for us. We could walk to all the activities or go back for quiet time. Will definitely go again!

Great stay. House very functional. We had as many as 6 adults and a 1 and half year old and house never felt crowded. Great location for beach walks and putt-putt golf!
Owner Steve super friendly and very responsive to questions and trouble shooting (wifi down after thunderstorm, and disoosal stopped... magic switchs to flip!)

The house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two friends. The location was great. Neighborhood was quiet but walking distance to the beach. House was close to lots of activities in Old Orchard Beach but also for our day trip to Freeport, South Portland and Cape Elizabeth but also there was great restaurants when we wanted a break from cooking. House was very near to Hannafords to pick up items for meals. Definitely would consider staying there again.

Myself my husband, our adult children, 4 yr old granddaughter and our dog stayed at this rental. It was the perfect spot, spacious with a wonderful fenced in yard. My granddaughter loved the swing that was hung on the big shady tree. We spent a lot of time in the yard and also on the screened in porch. We are hoping to make this a yearly family trip and would love to rent this home again.

We highly recommend renting this home from Steven and Lyn. They are so nice and communication was wonderful, and their place is so peaceful! This was the first time we have ever rented a house. I am so glad we did!!!
This property is in a great location. We were able to walk to most places and there are many food options close by. The weather wasn’t so great The week we were there, but we had fun playing games, watching movies and playing outside. A huge plus that we were able to bring our little dog with us. The front porch was his favorite place to sit and watch people walk by. We will be back!

Great place to stay!
This is our second summer staying at this property, and we couldn't love it more. Its clean and spacious, and gives a home away from home feel. You are able to walk to the beach, the shops, and pier within minutes, and when you return to the house, it is quiet and peaceful.

Perfect family beach vacation
My husband and I could have easily spent the week without leaving the house, except for a daily walk on the beach, but our kids kept us busy. Steve’s recommendations for food and entertainment were spot on.
We had hot weather during our stay which prompted several days of air quality alerts. We had the air conditioner running most of the time. The fans were very helpful upstairs at night, but can only do so much with extreme heat.
We loved the various seating options for being outside in the evenings. The patio set was perfect for us to all be together when one was grilling and the kids were playing in the yard. We spent most mornings and nights on the porch. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink and conversation. The kids loved playing cards at the table out there. It tended to be our gathering place before we would go out for the day.
You can see the fireworks show from the porch, as mentioned in one review, but you will miss about a third of the show which falls below the tree line/is obstructed by houses. We opted to stay at the house for the fireworks as we had already walked down to the pier and the beach on two separate occasions that day, and we were fine with what we saw.
It was the perfect family beach vacation!

The home is absolutely beautiful! It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and within walking distance to everything. The landlords are also very attentive and nice, and very responsive!

Charming, homey, perfectly located!
The neighborhood was nice, the beach is close. Lots of good restaurants to try, shopping not far. Loved the porch, and the big casement windows next to bed in master bedroom. Only drawback was no upstairs bathroom. We did not have good weather, but still a relaxing time!

This is our second year renting and wish we could swing more than one week. Its close to everything and we never took our car out once. The house is clean and spacious. The fenced yard is a bonus! Great Place!

Great vacation at Old Orchard Beach
We had a great time on our vacation to OOB. The house was close enough to the beach to walk to and far enough away to enjoy a peaceful vacation. If you want to take a dog, this house is a perfect place to rent. The yard is fenced and very secure. We found the house to be fully equipped and very relaxing especially the screened in porch. We had a great vacation!

Perfect House!
We could not have been more happy with our rental. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Close to beach, close to food, close to pier. The screened in porch was a great addition and we enjoyed it every day! Satchel enjoyed the fenced in yard and being able to be outside along running around. Steve is super kind and if we ever go to OOB again, we are staying here!

Well kept, cute house perfect for a family
This is our third year staying at this home and as usual it was wonderful. The charming House is perfect for families, especially with small children. It's comfortable and clean and has a wonderful kitchen which is great for cooking in on those nights where you just don't feel like going out. The location is perfect, close to the beach, eating and rides for the kiddos. Owner is responsive and available in the event there are any issues. We will be returning next year!

Fun in the Sun!!
We loved this house!! So much so we already booked for next year. Clean, comfortable, spacious, with a beautiful fenced in private backyard. Close walk to the beach and to downtown OOB. So glad we rented this house it really helped to shake of the memories of the brutal winter.

My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the property listed above. The house was clean and close to everything. The fenced in yard was perfect with having two small children and two dogs. I would recommend this house to anyone. I cannot wait to come back!

Great Home just a short walk to the beach.
The house is very nice and well appointed. The yard being fenced in really allows the kids in the group to be able to play without us being concerned. The house was clean and just the right size for a family vacation. When we were there, the broadband connection was not working, but Steve was able to get it corrected quickly and efficiently. He was very responsive and was very nice to work with. Thank you for a lovely time!

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The house was moderately equipped with everything you could need, but I kept feeling like we would run out of paper goods before the time was up (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). Also, bring your own coffee filters and kitchen sponge! Air conditioning was on main floor only and not adjustable. Upstairs had none. One bedroom had no fan. The location was good; a short walk to the beach and to the pier. My favorite was the ample brochures, personal recommendations and candles.

Wonderful place, great location
Accomodations had everything you would need. Steven was very responsive and helpful about the home and the area. The children loved it as they were close to both the beach and the pier, and everything was in walking distance. We are looking forward to going back and enjoying the home again next year!

Relaxation on the Shore
We had a great stay in Old Orchard Beach. The home is exactly what you would expect. Comfortable king bed, relaxing screen porch, nice size kitchen and small but serviceable bathroom. The house is close to everything. Lobster - yep, pizza - yep, ocean - yep. Prices in OOB are very reasonable and several great places are just a short drive away. Owner was very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a relaxing vacation on the coast of Maine!

Just what we needed!
We loved the house. Within walking distance of the beach, the pier and the Seaside Pavilion, we seldom drove during our week in OOB, enjoying our chance to walk throughout the day. Well-furnished, our family appreciated the amenities, especially the old-time video game! We'd definitely rent again.
