The apartment is great! It is very clean and very well organized. You can find anything you need and even more than what you would expect. There is a nice balcony ideal for an aperitivo al fresco or a dinner. For sure it is one of the best where I have been in the last years. The location is fantastic, close to the cable way and at the same time 10 minutes walk fron the station and city centre. A supermarket is also located just outside the building. Mr Fabio has been always available to help. We had a problem with the washing machine and in few minutes he came to help us. Mr Fabio has also advised us regarding restaurants in addition to a lot of touristic information being available in the department, from the main atttactions to the best bakeries where to buy the delicious strudel. The touristic card, provided as part of the apartment cost, can be used for all attractions and local trains. Thank you to Mr Fabio and Ms Anna!

Fabio met us at the entrance to the block, was most hospitable, showed us the flat and after that we communicated by messaging easily prior to leaving. We were three adults and a boy and fitted in fine into the 2 rooms. We used the verandha, the TV, the dishwasher, the cooker and made our own meals. Fabio also gave us a list of restaurants he had prepared which was excellent. The flat is clean as new, furnished with everything you need and has some special personal touches.

Great for traveling with kids lots of toys. Perfect location near city center and cable car.

Very helpful and friendly host! We get many information about Bozen and the Bozen Card (incl. Free ride of cable car, guided tours etc.). Our son realy enjoyed the toys in the apartement :-) Breakfast was very excellent We hope, to come back one day...
