Quiet neighborhood. Nice view of city by the pool.
Customer service. Asked if parking is free at check in and staff gave a QR code that says complimentary but they charged $63 at checkout. Manager could have handled better the lack of explanation from staff but instead no apology and talks you down. I asked why the QR code would say complimentary if it’s not complimentary and his response is it doesn't mean anything.

Location was good
Breakfast was very poor and they don’t refill items when they are gone. Didn’t clean the room during our stay which was 4 nights. Front desk is very rude he screamed at my son to put his mask on and threatened to end our stay if he saw him one more time without a mask. Though he always had it on except this time. Cards didn’t open the pool door and when we told the front desk he did nothing about it.

I think you've got a quality boutique hotel with an excellent and friendly front desk. But one thing that needs improvement if you care to align with the overall quality of the hotel is your free breakfast. It's basically a subpar freebie discount hotel breakfast of the worst sort. Can you add fresher ingredients? install a short order cook?

Good location. Easy check in. Good facilities
Parties on our floor. Every single night people were up yelling , carrying on super loud. Slamming doors. This went late into the night every single night we were there. This happened last time a stayed as well. Thought it was a one off but I think they have wedding parties and if I stay again will request to be put away from wedding parties.

Super easy to get to. Very nice, clean room. Quiet. Shower was amazing. Location perfect for walking to nearby bar/restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when attending events at The United Center.
Don't expect to park in garage. Only like 20 stalls & very tight. Off street around hotel is free if you can get that, too.

Checking out the front desk person he was great
My room wasn’t vacuumed and it’s was crumbs all over the floor from the last guest. The front desk person was rude checking in and the hallways were dirty look like they haven’t been vacuumed in days housekeeping needs to be properly trained I worked a variety of hotels and for the prices and location wasn’t worth it

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Kids absolutely loved the pool. The room was very spacious and comfy.
We did not have access to the rooftop. They did not have kid friendly cups during breakfast.

The staff was very kind and helpful with a booking.com issue. They adjusted my reservation dates without issue. The hotel is also very clean and modern.
The breakfast was very chaotic. They ran out of silverware our first morning for quite a long time. Eventually a staff member brought out disposable silverware. We also got a made to order omelet but it was undercooked. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us, more of a bummer.

The location is fantastic! Views are magnificent. Plenty of space for a group or family.
Breakfast was terrible. Most of the “hot” food was not hot. Cold food was stale. Continually out of coffee. Trash overflowing in dining area. Staff was not friendly or attentive.

We really loved the room we got, it was perfect for a group of 4! Two queen beds and a living room with kitchenette and couch. It was clean! There was free breakfast included which was pretty good and a really nice rooftop area you can hang out and. The location was great! Close to so many things you could want or need to visit in Chicago.

Nice staff, wonderful room
We were told that breakfast on the weekend ran until 10. We arrived shortly after 9 and there was almost nothing left. Breakfast staff said it over at 9. Very frustrating!
Also a chair I sat in had an exposed piece of metal that sliced my leg. I washed and bandaged the wound and a staff person removed the chair. It was NOT a good morning.

Location. Perfect for attending a concert at United Center.
Our room was not ready upon check in- staff made us wait over an hour. They “compensated” is by giving us drink vouchers to the hotel bar that was closed.

The staff was exceptional! Especially the man who checked us into our hotel! It’s awesome to be treated in such a positive way right away to set the mood straight away for how your stay is going to go! And the man who checked us in was in such a good mood. So smiley and friendly!

The location.
The pool was only 3 feet deep all around. The microwave was missed during the last stay as when I open to use it on the second day, there were old food dried up splatter all over it.

The parking was rough. Breakfast should be til at least 9:30, busy day, hard to be up, ready, and down there before 9 each day, especially with kids. Coffee too hot, need sleeves terribly. Flavored creamer option would have been very nice. Add to the advertising that the microwave is a convection oven and that there are dishes/pots, would have been great to know ahead of time!
