Close to concert arena.

Nice flat, well equipped kitchen.
Ventilation needs to be better in the shower, in the room walls need to be cleaned as well and biggest minus there is no curtains in the room and they are a must because there are neighbours windows in front🙈😅

One of the best places. New area, new building and apartments, everything you need is there. Modern kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The washing machine is very quiet. Nice, clean place. A quiet and peaceful place where you will not be disturbed and you will feel safe. Excellent value for money. Nice view of the Tauron Arena. If you are coming to a conference - the ideal location, because. Tauron Arena is literally across the street. Special thanks to the owner for humanity - a rare occurrence in the modern world.

We had everything necessary, the room was clean and pretty, it was very warm.
There were no blinds on one side of the balcony window and on the balcony there was an ash tray full of cigarettes

The parking is clumsy and not so comfortable with family and luggage.

Room had two beds.
Room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. There was food from other guests. Bed sheets were old with holes in them. Other reviews said there would be a balcony. There was none. There was no soap at all in the bathroom. There were no condiments, no tea or coffee. Walls were dirty.

Not as described....wifi not working...host didn't answer the calls.....and always said no I cannot help...cannot change...cannot fix

It was safe to stay there, the room locks, and there’s another lock on the floor. Also everything was clean, fresh linens, good WiFi connection. Fantastic for this price.

Good location with a shop and public transport nearby
All necessary information was provided as soon as I asked for.
The beds and bedsheets were worn out and not fresh.
There weren't enough kitchen utensils, the frying pan was spoilt

Location is good, premises are newly built, security is satisfactory.
Apartments were dirty! I believe the room we stayed in wasn't cleaned at all - someone's hair was found all around the floor, on the bedsheets, on the pillows! Mattress and one of the pillows were stained with blood! Dust was under the beds and in the corners of the room. There was only one soap for two bathrooms, ventilation didn't work at all! There was no microwave in the kitchen as well. Check in after 15:00 and check out before 10:00 make 19-hour stay, which is the shortest hotel day I've ever experienced!

i really enjoyed the view from the appartment and a really comfortable bed which was ideal after a hard day of travelling.
if there would have been a mirror in the room it wouldve been perfect !

The room was clean, location is good if you want to go in Arena. The bathroom and the kitchen was a little bit dirty.
