Our family vacation was a huge success and we loved the house! The location was priceless, the inside of the house was clean and had amenities that were just great! Only down fall was the wahing machine and dryer did not properly work but we made due and just enjoyed our stay!

It is hard to beat staying on the beach. This place shares the address with a suite below which makes parking difficult. The house and beds are good but there are a few things that could be fixed to make the place nicer (dryer can’t open all the way, door upstairs is rotting, guard rail wires are loose and have gaps). Overall it is completely fine but could have some things fixed up.

We enjoyed ourselves. A few items need attention, the dryer takes all day to dry your clothes and the air conditioning never cooled the house down. Thankfully we were there in the spring and not the summer. A few other small things but nothing to ruin our stay! We would go again.

Well furnished, well equipped, well maintained, and extremely well located. Owner was responsive and personable. We love Navarre and will stay in this rental anytime it's available for one of our trips.

The listing is misleading. The pictures are old. The master bedroom doors will not lock securely once they are open. The bolt jams and the doors can be opened by the wind or simply pulled or pushed open. What looks like 2 sofas in the picture is actually an old sectional that is missing the corner piece. Each seat is separate and will flip you backwards when you sit down and into the floor, the faux leather is peeling and insides coming apart. The property had an odor when we entered.. thinking it was a pet friendly property we dismissed this as pet urine. On the 2nd morning I found out we were not the only ones in the house. There was LARGE RAT … he pooped on the kitchen rug. I don’t mean little mouse dropping. This joker was big! Not only did he leave a large amount of poop on the rug he also urinated in the floor! I rolled the ring up for an exterminator to identify the poop. I wasn’t sure it was a rat or some other rodent. Not an expert. I cleaned and went to the master bathroom to shower.. I found mouse droppings under the counter! I notified the owner and was asked to send pictures to her cell phone. Taking the conversation off VRBO and they could not monitor or review. Don’t ever do this, VRBO warns about this! This is my warning to you. Start a claim with VRBO immediately. Don’t wait for the owner to try and figure things out. I ended up meeting with the housekeeper. She agreed the property needed a deep cleaning and the sofa was damaged & dangerous. She had previously informed the owner of all these issues. The owner refused to spend the extra money on a deep cleaning. Or a new sofa. The property looks to be decorated from goodwill or thrift store. Not what is expected in a expensive beach home. I was shocked how the owner handled the situation and by the condition of the property. We stayed in the unit next door in November (same owner) and it was very clean and well maintained. The owner needs to make a trip down and send the night with no locking doors and her pets rodents! Shame on you. You need to do better.

Our vacation was a good time and the house was acceptable. Below are some points with things we liked and didn’t like. Upon checkin the front door code did not work and I attempted to call the host, got no answer and left a voicemail. We ended up having to walk around to the back door and the code worked there. Also the code was the house number, which is not very secure. The house is an older property that looks like it’s had some recent work done. However the entire building has a lean to the left and is uneven. Causing multiple doors to not be able to close. It was supposed to rain so we were going to need the TV’s to work. The property was advertised with SmartTV’s. There was only one SmartTV in the living room. And that one had no working remote. The host eventually sent maintenance to repair the remote situation. However we were never told when he would arrive, just that he had been there to repair it. But it was eventually repaired. The Wi-Fi name and password were wrong on the introductory email, but we figured it out by finding the modem. There was no functional outdoor foot wash to wash sand off of feet to keep sand out. The cookware in the kitchen should be replaced. The non-stick pans have no coating remaining. Now for some good things about this property. The location is beautiful. The beach and access to the beach is awesome. The host while not immediately responsive, did eventually try very hard to remedy the TV issue for us. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog to the beach with us. The beds were VERY comfortable.

Great time and place to catch up with friends and family

We all had a great time being able to wake up and see the sunrise/sunset from the deck. We also enjoyed the short walked to the gulf and the weather was perfect.

The property was nice. A few issues. The dryer did not work and we got the run around from the owner. Had to go the entire time with no dryer. Some chairs were broken when we got there and the sink faucet was not attached to the granite. After several phone calls about the dryer the owner just stopped communicating with us. Did not try to accommodate us except to tell us we could go use another property she has that was not close to where we were.

The pictures don’t justify the home..it’s beautiful. I would definitely rent again. You walk straight to the beach from the back deck. The balcony upstairs is a perfect view of the beach. It’s a great way to wake up. Communication with the owner is excellent I called once and it was answered right away. The best service I’ve had going on a vacation.

This is an older property but it had everything we needed. We rented both the upper and lower units and was plenty of room for our large family. Had 2 dogs as well and was perfect for them with a small fenced in area.

Great location. Beautiful views. So nice to be able to walk out the door and be on the beach. Each room had its on full bath! (So nice) Will definitely be back again. As a pet parent having secure area for the dogs to be outside was perfect!!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property!

The townhome is so great and a great location! Very quick response when we emailed about a door issue and the handyman was contacted and came by the next day to fix the minor issue! Hoping to come back soon!!

This was a last minute trip from Mississippi and we could not have been more pleased! The layout was absolutely perfect. It was way more than expected and we did not need to bring anything but ourselves. We could not have asked for a better experience. We WILL be back!

Had a great time very relaxing and much needed

We had a wonderful spring break at this beach front property. Steps from the sand! The property is exactly as listed and so clean!! We hope to come back soon.

The property was clean and well maintained. It is a great location close to the bigger tourist areas. However it is far enough away that the beach definitely feels private and your own. Great relaxing location!

The house was not new but reasonably well maintained. Separate suite on bottom had very messy renters, and housekeeping must not pick up outside. Great view of the Gulf and easy beach access. Beach equipment was not in great condition but nice nonetheless. I'd stay there again.

Great stay but there is some false advertising here. It say 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms on the listing and when you book but it’s actually just 3 rooms and 3 baths. Turns out the 4th room you have to rent out separately which does not make sense why they would even put it on the listing. Also the sink in the kitchen was leaking so we were unable to use it.

We had a small booking glitch when we 1st arrived but owner was very apologetic and more than took care of everything. After that small issue everything else went perfect! This is our 2nd year to stay in this condo and we will continue to use it for all future Navarre beach trips.

Owners very accommodating for what was a last minute reservation. We had a great time and the view is beautiful! Very quiet compared to our stay in the Destin beach area a few days prior. Only complaint was the showers were moldy and there were variances in the instructions we got via email being different from what was in VRBO property instructions so we were a little confused about actual trash takeout day and wifi access was incorrect, but that was a minor thing. The property was clean inside but had no access to a broom/dust pan to sweep indoors (so bring your own). The outside has general wear and tear of an older property. Lots of sand toys for kids to choose from was a nice extra. Beach is full of shells! We had a great time.

The location is perfect and the views are absolutely amazing. This was our first time at Navarre Beach and we loved it! The owner was easy to reach and was wonderful!

I have stayed in many houses and townhouses in Navarre. This house may be the oldest I've stayed in, but is a clean, nice place, right on the beach for the price. There are some maintenance things, but overall, for just 2 people on a 4 day weekend, was great. Has lots of beds/places to sleep in it's 3 bedrooms, if you have a big group/family and don't mind sharing rooms. It also has an additional small unit underneath if you need even more space. If you want new or luxury, this isn't the place, but if you don't care about those things and just want a clean affordable place to stay its great. I would stay here again over a condo unit in a highrise anyday. Great Location right on the Gulf side of the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 12 of us and I was worried on space. But there was plenty of room for all of us and it never felt crowded. The master bedroom is a great size. Beds are all very comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. Our favorite part was the beach. It was not crowded and we had plenty of space to social distance. So nice to walk out the door and be on the sand. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was great! The house and suite were perfect for our large family. The beach access was amazing and just steps out our door. The view from the balconies was gorgeous every morning and every evening! Anytime we had a question it was answered very quickly. The kitchens were stocked so that we could cook most of our meals there. We will definitely plan to come back again.

Easy communication with owner, perfect location, beds and showers very nice.
