This was a great place to stay; however, one of the beds was listed as a queen and it was in fact a full size bed. We made it work for a trip but just something to be mindful of! Other than that, awesome trip!

The fridge ice maker, other ice maker & Internet did not work when we arrived. The handle on the microwave was missing - it had been order and was fixed Monday morning. The fridge was under warranty so it would take time….the rental agency brought us ice every day. The maintenance man got Internet back on. The agency was wonderful and we had a great stay!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. My only complaint is that the bed in the bedroom by the dining room was awful. My husband and I rolled towards each other all night and you could almost feel the springs. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. The condo is located in very close proximity to the beach and pool. We also loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The check in process was smooth and very friendly. My sister even left her wedding rings in the condo after checkout and we were quickly alerted by staff. So thankful that the cleaning lady is trustworthy!

This was a beautiful condo with a wonderful location. The pool did not get heat until the end of the week. The condo just needs a mega clean, the floors, bathrooms, baseboards, etc. The fourth bedroom has unique doors that are tricky. Also, the bed in that room is VERY uncomfortable. The other rooms were fine. The beach was beautiful and the views were awesome!

Water leak detector caused water in apartment to shut off almost daily. Spoke to rental agency first day and they sent their maintenance person next day. He did not check the system out and said he disliked the system. Three and a half weeks later the building manager brought an inspector to the apartment to check the balcony railing and we told him about the water problem. He looked under the kitchen sink and found a wet towel there with mold under it. The leak in the water system had been there prior to our arrival.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 10, Our adult children and their spouses, a 10yo grandchild and a mother-in-law spent 6mights/5days over Christmas in the condo. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a huge Christmas dinner. Everyone having their own bathrooms was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, especially the king size bed. Our Christmas beach vacation was the best!

The location was great being close to Publix across the bridge and a few restaurants in Navarre Beach. The Belle Mar property is well maintained including their pool and hot tub. The Condo was great to accomodate 2 couples, 2 adults and two children. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook a meal in when we wanted to. Having access to beach chairs, toys and floaties was wonderful and in a convenient location in the garage. The king bed in the codo was comfortable, and the feedback from the others in my party was the same.
I did however feel the living room furniture was a little tired and had some stains, but it did not bother me. My only wish is that there be beach towels available to use in the condo. They take up a lot of room in the suitcase if you have to fly!

The condo was perfect for our family of 7. The pool was small and cold and we wished for tables with umbrellas at the pool so we could have lunch there but there weren’t any. The bunk bed in the kids room was very wobbly and dangerous looking so we took the mattress off and put it in the floor. The balconies were amazing! Overall, it was a great condo with plenty of room.

We enjoyed a family reunion at this property in Sept 2023. There were 6 of us and the property was perfect for our group. Easy access to the beach and plenty of room. Wonderful that each bedroom has an en-suite bath. We highly recommend this property and we will be back.

This was our 1st time staying in Navarre and we will be back. The unit was very spacious for our family of 8. It was well stocked with cookware, dishes, iron, crockpot and more. The only thing we needed during our stay was some Tupperware, but there are several stores close by. The storage room down stairs for our beach chairs and the ice machine were an added bonus. While the unit is on the side of the building you still have a great view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. We went in early Sept and the beach and pool were never crowded. It is a small pool so could be an issue in the summer. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the front 2 bedrooms, but we were not in the rooms that much.

Very beautiful condo. Beautiful beach. Freezer would not freeze your food. Ice cream was slushy. But top shelf of refrigerator froze everything!! We reported this the day after we arrived. When we left, 3 maintenance men and 4 repairmen had looked at it with all agreeing they were not certified to work on it. They reimbursed us $196 for food but I am sure the next family had the same problem. . Also had no internet at beach which was a short walk. All East units were in range but not west wing units.

Unit was clean and rooomy. It's located on the corner of the condo so you only get partial view of the gulf. Kitchen was well stocked. There is even an ice machine. Wifi setup needs some work since signal was non existing in room with bunk beds.

There were 10 of us staying here, 6 adults and 4 children. This condo was large enough to accommodate our family. It was nice not having to worry about stairs with the young children. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool. The kitchen is well equipped but could use some non-breakable cups for kids to use. It could also use a decent set of knives. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for showers and such. The reason for the 3 star rating as far as cleanliness was for items that were found in the couch by one of the children that suggested that the cleaning crew is not checking and vacuuming under the cushions. Some of the furnishings are a bit worn out and it could use some updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again for a future vacation to Navarre Beach!

The condo was exactly what it was advertised to be. It had plenty of room and the pool was really nice. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of gear for cooking and feeling right at home. When we first got there, we had showers with slow, clogged drains. Maintenance responded quickly. The property wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been I think, as the showers were a bit mildewed around the edges and the light fixtures all had years of dust build up on them. BUT everything else was great!!!

Great condo
This condo is large enough that you never feel you’re on top of each other. Having the four bedrooms and four baths makes it easy for everyone. The bedrooms are spaced far enough apart that you don’t hear anyone getting up in the morning. We really liked this condo but sells the furniture really needs to be replaced. The bed in the master bedroom was great but the others were not very comfortable. The living room and dining room furniture was adequate but definitely needs to be upgraded soon. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. On the last two days of our trip the water shut off and we had to restart the system. That was a little annoying when it happened in the middle of the night. Management said it’s a system in the entire building . Overall it was a great trip and a great location for family.

The games, tv and sand toys kept the 8 year old entertained. Wish I could live here and hope to be able to come back to Bel Mar again.

The property was beautiful and no matter which way you looked you could see the beach. We saw dolphins twice and a eagle flew between us and the next property. The place was immaculate and very spacious. Management was very friendly and helpful, Cathy was so nice. Could not have asked for a better vacation.

We stayed for 5 days and we had a party of 8. Everyone had plenty of room and each bedroom had there own bathroom. Our daughter was getting married and the condo was so pretty she chose to take her pictures there which came out gorgeous. The is an awesome view of the ocean and of the bay from the balcony. You can see right over the pool and hot tub from the balcony. Overall it was amazing.
