Das Personal war immer nett, wenn auch nicht aufmerksam.

Der Service war schlecht. Beim Frühstück sind während der Frühstückszeit immer wieder verschiedene Sachen ausgegangen und wurden nur auf Anfrage wieder bereitgestellt. Z. B. Kaffee, Toast, Eier, Obst, Butter, Saft,… Einmal waren wir um 6 Uhr (Beginn) frühstücken, Kaffe war erst um 6:30 Uhr fertig. Grundsätzlich bekam man auch nur am Anfang 1 Glas Wasser, wenn das leer war, konnte man nirgends Wasser nachholen, oder man musste das Personal fragen. Auf der Cocktail-Karte gab es nur 3 von über 10 Cocktails zu bestellen, aber nicht nur an einem Tag, sondern über die ganze Zeit hinweg. Die haben also die Zutaten nicht nachgekauft. Beim ersten Zimmer das wir hatten, kam kaum Wasser aus dem Duschkopf. Wir haben das beanstandet, es kam aber niemand zum reparieren. Auch wurde uns kein anderes Zimmer angeboten.

Some issues with the set up of the breakfast. Desire advertising asian buffet. Was not served an Asian breakfast on some morning and what was offered was not very good. Very few options

Breakfast and accessibility to the information desk for things we need , hotel personnel including all employees need more tra9ining, jacuzzi was not ready , they have to clean it before we can use it....breakfast was served 2 hrs before the requested timer time which they was stated in the form they asked us to fill up as soon as we checked in

Working on sewer loud and bad smell all day. Bed was hard. Need elevators, we are seniors.

Excellent Customer Service..

We stayed at a 2 bedroom executive suite, i have to call front desk for hairdryer, bathroom tissues, drinking glasses.. There were no bedroom slippers or bathrobes, either.. These simple needs of guests who are either on vacation or work should have been ready esp. with the money spent on a suite .. The elevators were in progress.. We walked 5 stairs during our 4 days stay on hot hallways & stairways as these areas of the building were not air-conditioned.. Overall, its a beautiful building, floors were made of marble..

It's quiet. Lovely scenery.

Not much to do outside of the hotel. Transportation is a bit scarce.

though there is limited no. of restaurants /menu available ,Its worth it.
