Our room was absolutely on the beach front area. The staff are cool and friendly. The entire area is so clean even on the veranda area

breakfast is good, but I hope you can add more choices, like pancake or some breakfast meal for kids.

the wash room has some clog and bad smell, it could be nice to check it, for better service.The pool need to maintain the cleanliness so they can use for swimming too.

great location right in front of a beautiful white sandy beach. The rooms were clean and great food.

the public facilities needs to be improved. Public shower was dirty and water pressure was very bad, you can’t have a decent shower. The pool was very dirty. This should be maintained as it’s a great selling point for the property.

The seat in the beach hut are far from the table. You have to grab a separate chair to utilize the table.

The staff who welcomed us. The big space of the room and the woodwork chairs and tables to design the room. The location was okay.

Aircon is faulty in room 2, it would cool up then at some point we will be sweaty that went on overnight over and over again. Breakfast is so so. The gay staff was not accommodating. Didnt even say sorry to my husband when he mentioned about the AC and we were not able to sleep properly There were a lot more rooms with newer aircon, why would they put us in a room with faulty aircon. The hot shower cannot be controlled. It was hot hot hot! No way between hot and cold for a warm bath.

Some parts of the building needed repair

Perfect spot at/on Saud beach. Relatively quiet, at least more than one can expect in the Philippines. Very friendly and helpful staff!!!! Maricel helping to book tickets, getting me rides to Pagudpud, buying new phone etc... Salamat Po! 🤗

The seaside wasn’t really conducive for swimming. It is too rocky but the view and its waves are stunning. Their pool is too small. Our rooms wasn’t that clean, no hot and cold shower for the other rooms (we had 2 group rooms). They provide 24H hot and cold drinks which is in the common area. The staff are quite nice and accommodating but the place especially the rooms we had needs major cleaning and renovation—too old and rusty. Towels can be replaced upon request. The food is just right for its price and quality—not pricey nor cheap. They need more people in food service because we had to wait an hour for our breakfast and dinner but kudos to the lady who did all the serving and everything else, she is quite efficient but she needs help—sorry forgot her name.

staff was accommodating enough after I ranted about our predicament with no electricity, food and facilities available for use. they gave us a reasonable price for our stay and made sure that they provide us what we needed to make it a more pleasant stay than what would be an otherwise very bad experience.

It is indeed located on the beachfront. The food was great. The staffs are friendly.
