We really enjoyed staying in this studio apartment. We really appreciated how clean it was, being able to wash clothes, (washing machine, drying rack and heated radiator) and what a fantastic location it is in! It is simply furnished ( mainly from Ikea) and makes good use of the space. It was  wonderful to walk to the opera house in a few minutes ( we went twice - each night our tickets cost us slightly less in Czech Koruna than the equivalent of  £20 in GBP - for fantastic performances - worth going to Brno just for the music!) Merry Widow was sung in Czech with surtitles in Czech English and German, Nabucco was sung in italian with surtitles again in Czech/ English/ German. The apartment was 20 minutes walk from the railway station, passing through the centre of Brno. There are also lots of buses and trams going near the apartment. The edge of the city centre is 5 minutes walk away, and there was live music being performed on a small stage near the centre. (We couldn't hear the music in the apartment) The bed was comfortable, and there is a lift as well as stairs to get up to this first floor apartment.  We stayed 3 nights and hope to go back.

The apartment is clean, big, full of every comfort. The position is perfect to visit Brno or to take a bus walking just 10min max. The price is good, it could be a great experience for a couple too.

Ondrej is very nice host. He takes care of every detail. The apartment is in excelent location. I would come again.

Perfect location,near the city centre, 2stops from the main train station , 2min walk to the public transport stop ,modern nice clean space with all the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom.the staff very helpful,eng speaking with high hospitality. Highly recommend Urban Appartments 👌 👍

The location is excellent as only 5-7min walk to city centre and also close to a few tram routes as well. The studio flat is a good size, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Could have had an iron and ironing board. Other than that, there was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment is very nice, clean, simple, airy, has plenty of light and a balcony. The neighbours are silent, private parking is available at some little cost, the location is perfect and considered the price it’s very worth it.

Great location, just a 5 min walk from the centre and close to trams. Bed was really comfortable and shower was good. Picking the keys up from a lockbox was also convenient since we arrived into town really late.

Just a couple of basic things were missing, which would have made the apartment perfect since we stayed a whole week - eg no cafetiere/ coffee maker, and no hooks for hanging up coats etc in the hallway.

Stunning apartment, perfect for solo or a couple. The location is quite central close to the station and town centre. Big comfy bed, kitchenette with amenities and a nice balcony.

Quite pricey, but Brno is expensive for some reason considering it is not a major city.

Perfect location, edge of city center, little supermarket downstairs, pizza on the corner, café 200 m away, all very nice. Tram stop close by as I needed to go further out. 2 min walk from main street.

Water pressure in shower too low. Better to have laundry detergent available with the machine. Kitchen utensils might be nicer.

Best location and very easy to find, self check in facilities. The host is very kind and helpful. Answered calls every-time. The apartment was sparkling clean and tidy. Very new apartment. Value for money. Will love to stay again.

The room was very clean. We had two lovely days in this cozy apartment,which was very clean and welcoming us with fresh towels. The bed was comfortable and we had enough space. Wifi worked pretty well.

The pressure in the shower was a little to weak.

Place is located near city center with great accessibility to tram station and everything necessary is near. Apartment consists of big bright room with kitchen corner bathroom and small hallway. Bed was really comfortable and big TV screen was real plus.

Kitchen corner is really small with nearly zero space on counter and really small storage for food. Place is located on busy street and with open windows it is quite noisy.

The apartment was a nice place and comfy and the location was really great, very close to the center. We really appreciated the connected TV, the wash machine, the large shower and the fact that everything was quite new :) The parking is really close, check in and check out process very easy. Ondřej is a nice host that answers fast if needed.

Some improvements could be done, like a ventilator because the street is too noisy to sleep with the windows opened and the flat is very hot in summer (I stayed in June) There’s missing some utensils like coffee machine and some other few things.

The apartment was too hot with the windows closed, and too noisy with the windows open. A £10 fan would go a long way to solving this.
