Great area and place

Nice condo and pool to enjoy the river after most schools start the new year. We even ate lunch out under the nice shade trees. Light crowds and very convenient location.

Last weekend before school started? This complex was pretty busy and crowded but it was the last weekend before school starts. Everything was as advertised; it is just that the pool was elbow to elbow and there was dueling music tastes. It made it a bit less desirable.

I've stayed at other places before and for the price it wasn't worth it. The unit itself was nice. If I would add anything I'd say be more upfront about what's in the condo. Also for the price they should include some kind of shuttle service or even discounts for the river. There's 2 outfitters right across from the condo. Another bad thing about this place was out by the pool where all the pits are were no working lights. So while trying to BBQ we had to do it in the dark and use flashlights.

Absolutely perfect getaway weekend for me and my spouse. The proximity to the river couldn’t be more perfect. The restaurants were amazing. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you in the condo. Quiet and clean. Comfortable bed. Most definitely will return to go tubing!

Accommodations provided everything needed for my stay! Walk to restaurants and downtown establishments!

My wife and I stayed at the condo to attend Wurstfest and it was perfect for us. The location was walking distance to the festival and the proximity to the water made for a pretty setting. Make sure you bring your own coffee grounds though!

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend stay at this condo! This was one of our best New Braunfels trips ever because of the condo’s location- we swam in the river right out the back of the condo and then enjoyed the pool and hot tub! So relaxing! Was also only a 10 minute walk to some great nearby restaurants. We had everything we needed for our stay as well, the condo was well equipped and very modernized. Perfect size for a couple and/or couple with younger children. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back!

Enjoyed a weekend of river fun, Guene shopping, beer gardens and wineries. Condo was right on the river with a nice lawn and bbq facility. Very close to shopping and dining in Gruene and downtown New Braunfels.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to rent tubes right next door to the complex and float the Comal on our first full day. We went to Schlitterbahn on our second day. It was so nice to be close to everything. We checked out on a Saturday morning and the neighborhood looked really busy but there were parking lot attendants making sure only registered guests were parking in the complex. The apartment was nice. My 11 yo slept on the sofa bed and my 10 yo slept on the bunk bed. The bunk beds are a little small so a tall teenager may not fit well but my kids did fine. The wifi reception in the apartment was location dependent but my kids said reception was good at the bunk beds and not as good on the living room couch. It was nice to sit and drink coffee on the balcony in the mornings. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.

Location is right near the water, owner was very helpful when I couldn’t figure out my code. Loved there was a balcony for each room, nice and clean condos. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay and access to the river.

This condo is a little gem in a complex that is in a great location. The condo is perfect for two adults and two children or teens. All of the space within the condo has been cleverly utilized, e.g. a pair of bunk beds has been built into an alcove. The king-sized bed in the bedroom is comfortable. Plenty of towels, including washcloths are provided, and they are thick and absorbent. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, albeit, in keeping with most sleeper sofa’s, it is not very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. The refrigerator contains an ice-maker, which is very handy to have. There is a balcony off the living room with a round table and four chairs. From the living room itself, one sees the parking lot; however, the balcony is at an angle so that when sitting there, one can see the river. A straight on river view from the living room was not important to us as we were in the condo only at night. The property itself is very nice. It is located directly on a nice, clean and swimmable part of the Comal river. There is a nice lawn, swimming pool, hot tub, and many BBQ pits, picnic tables, and benches to sit on. The condo was absolutely spotlessly clean and the property also is extremely well kept, including a very clean swimming pool. Schlitterbahn is 5 minutes away. Gruene is ~15 minutes away. Texas Tubes is literally right next door, so we walked over and rented tubes to float the Comal. Jimmy, the owner, is super nice and easy to deal with. He responded quickly to my inquiries and questions and provided thorough and accurate information. I highly recommend renting this condo from Jimmy!

Room was ready when we arrived and check-in was easy. The room was super clean, up-to-date and had any amenity you could ask for. The elevator was convenient in helping to carry luggage and baggage to our second floor condo. The pool was clean and well kept. We loved eating breakfast on the patio each morning. We enjoyed our stay and will return next year.

Let me begin my review with the mattress in the bedroom…absolutely wonderful!!! Very, very comfortable. This can make or break a place for me so I am very grateful and impressed with the owner’s choice to invest in a comfortable mattress. I locked my phone in the unit as I was checking out. Jimmy was quick to respond and grant me new access to the condo to retrieve my phone. Very friendly & kind owner. The place was exactly how it is described in the listing. Location and proximity to things that were important for my family were spot on such as pool, river, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and downtown. Such a wonderful town with deer encounters often. The unit was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies/utensils. The balcony is a nice addition. The elevator is right outside the unit so very handy. Parking was never an issue even on busy days such as Memorial weekend. Security guards do a great job regulating guests that are allowed in the property. We stayed 8 nights. No complaints!
