Very spacious condo in a pristine location to the beach! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Beds were comfortable and the patio was great for morning coffee hearing the waves.
Master suite truly feels like a master suite. We loved having the extra bathroom space for toiletries and clothes!

Overall the location of this condo, is great! would use this place again in the future.
Pro:
short walk to the beach. You can see a bit of the ocean on the terrace. Clean and organized.
Cons:
Master bathroom bathtub was dirty or maybe its just stained. Also the bathtub didn't drained well. I did informed the office in regards about it and they offered to fix it. But we were there for a short time only. Sliding door didn't lock but has a long stick to block the sliding. Front door didn't have a lock either, it was kinda weird.
There was some miscommunication in the cleaning crew. there was a ladder, some keys and steamer left in the condo. I called the office and someone came the following day to take them.

Here are the pros and cons.
Pros- GREAT location, SUPER clean.
Plenty of room, great views.
Cons- Especially with families. The front door does not lock! There is no deadbolt or safety lock. I had to put a chair in front of the door so my 1 1/2 year old didn’t walk out whenever.
The back door DOES NOT have a lock at all!!!
So if you have a family please beware of those.
Also the tiles in the kitchen are broke and with beach, pool, shower right at broken tiles it caused cut toes. I had to lay down a towel the entire time to prevent further accidents.
The living room tv cut off randomly every single time in use.
Overall a great location if those were fixed we left a day early to avoid my toddler getting out of the door, extremely stressful and dangerous.

We had a wonderful week at this location. I LOVED that the beach is not crowded. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the kitchen window. This might not matter to the majority but the air conditioning works GREAT. Some beach houses I’ve rented we had problems with sleeping due to the humidity. This one will freeze you out at 70°! I loved it…so I slept great. Some suggestions for improvement would be the follow up on cleaning and maintenance. Both bathrooms had significant mildew on the shower curtains and walls. Several tiles were broken around the dining room table. The lock was missing on the sliding door to the balcony and a board was used to prevent entry. It was a girls trip so I would’ve felt more comfortable if there was a deadbolt on the entry door. Lastly, the front left burner did not work. None of these things prevented us from having an amazing trip but they need to be addressed to create and maintain loyalty to your properties.

Property was as described. Kitchen was well furnished. Washer and dryer were great to have as we were at the beach a lot. Parking, Beach and pool were all very close. Communication during the whole process was quick and thorough. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was very nice with a great view of the courtyard and gulf from the balcony. Host was very nice and we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it while we were there.

This place allowed our large family to have a perfect beach vacation! We always have a hard time finding a place that suits our needs and this exceeded our expectations. Steps away from the beach, beach view from balcony, covered parking, nice pool, and everything but food included! We plan on returning for years to come!

We we’re very pleased at how easy it was from booking they stay to checking in. When we get there we find a clean, nicely decorated place with just everything we needed to enjoy the stay after our busy day. I would like to thank management for the easy communication after we arrived. We would definitely come back to Villas at the Gulf!! Thank you

26 stairs were tough on 72 year olds. Televisions in bedrooms did not work and tv in main room had inadequate controls. Only kitchen items used were toaster and coffee pot but did notice lack of frying pans.

We have rented this condo for many years. The decor is very nice. It's always clean and has everything you need for a nice stay. Convenient location to jump on the trolley and ride to the pier or restaurants. Renting thru Pensacola Beach Properties is great. They have always responded and they update you via email so there is no confusion.

Amazing Location
The condo is in a brilliant location with an amazing beach right there and is so convenient and beautiful. Other guests in the property were all so warm and friendly, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The condo was clean, beds comfortable, with plenty of room for our 4 person family. Only suggestion would be to update the kitchenware, as it was frustrating to cook with the pots and pans. Virtually no coating left and everything sticks, even when we tried to coat with butter, the butter stuck. We ended up boiling our eggs the final morning because it was the only practical way to cook our eggs. If you are not planning on cooking this wouldn't be an issue however.
Other than this suggested upgrade our overall stay was amazing and are so appreciate of the hosts for making it available to rent. Thank you!

Awesome location near the beach
This was our first time at this particular condo at Villas on the Gulf and we really appreciated how much closer it was to the beach! It was clean, nicely decorated and reasonably stocked with essentials. The master bed was quite firm but otherwise the room was spacious and nice. Loved the ocean view from the balcony and the kitchen window. It’s nice how not crowded the beach is on the east end—even on Memorial weekend! We had a great two weeks! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great beach stay
Place was as described/pictured. Definitely a musky smell as mentioned in another review but it did not bother us much. Great location. Short walk to beach and pool. Would definitely book again.

Musty smell
Only had one issue with this property. The musty smell. I noticed air fresheners in all plug in but were empty. The smell remained on every item that was brought into condo. The smell on the car ride home was horrible. I had to wash every single item that went into condo literally 4 times. Had to throw pillows and purse away. Had to put all shoes outside to air out and still have smell on it. Again this is only complaint and would not return to this unit because of this reason but it was very clean and access to beach was very good.

Nice place to stay
The area was great. It was quiet but a very short drive to the area restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our party of 5. My only complaint would be that the lighting is a little dim in the master bath which made putting on makeup to go out to eat a little hard.

Lovely place - a little cramped
This was a great rental. It had all the little things we needed to make our stay comfortable - except for space. This place may be able to sleep 6, but by the time you bring 6 people with all their overnight bags inside, there’s nowhere to walk. Square footage aside, the owner/property manager has set up this condo for comfort. It has all the little things you need to feel at home - coffee pot, filters, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and was equipped with a day or two’s worth of consumables like paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwashing tabs. Unfortunately for us, we got a lot of rain on our trip, so the smallness of the unit really became an issue. Would be great for a group of 3 or 4.

Loved it!

Perfect summer getaway
What an excellent stay. The condo was closer to the beach than to the pool. No complaints there. 😊 It was a nice plus to have a grill to enjoy while sitting on the balcony. Loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach. Super family friendly. We will be back for sure.

Our family came here to vacation and can't wait to come back! Great spot for children and very family friendly! The pictures you see on the web site is exactly the way it is, very beautiful, clean and comfortable! There's a TV and DVD in each room, 2 lovely clean bathrooms, a very convenient washer and dryer right next to the kitchen. The view from the balcony is amazing! It was so special to wake up every morning and sip our morning coffee on the balcony and then go take a walk on the beach. The beach is actually closer than the pool is! It's a great spot and we seriously cannot wait to go back!
