Horrendous. Poor quality curtains don't work and any light source floods the room, be that daylight at 5:30AM or the streetlights at night. In the corridor just outside guests were arguing with staff, very odd going's on so what kind of hotel is this exactly, with what kind of guests? Not suitable for work. Situated on a busy cross roads with constant traffic outside. All things considered I barely slept. The staff were courteous and the room clean but the price was near to £100, outrageous this is a very low quality place and only stay here if desperate. I don't know how this place got a rating of 7. It deserves a low 3.

Functional curtains. Arguments based around somebody's last chance, please give me another chance? What?! At midnight.

I have stayed in Alot of hotels in Southall. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

I visited this hotel again and every time they impressed me more now they have painted the hotel and they added new furniture like Office desk
