Great location, spacious, everything you need, quiet and very clean.

The property is very clean and comfortable and is well looked after. The facilities are good, with en-suite shower room for the bedroom, cooking facilities, TV and wifi. For a small flat it is spacious, light and airy.

I stayed with my sister and daughter so they could go to a concert at Wembley, it said on booking.com that it sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. The girls had the bed and I had the sofa bed. It was very clean, tidy and comfortable but there was no bedding for the sofa bed. it was ok, I popped to a local Sainsbury’s and bought some. 😁

This stay has to be one of my worst stays ever. The airbnb didn’t have the basic necessities such as chopping board, sauce pan and knife, which meant I had to keep calling the host up to ask them which shouldn’t be the case. The heating in the property was appalling as the host kept turning the main heating off and you could feel the cold air come near the beds and when I reported that to the host they was really unhappy about it and came inside our property in the middle of the night to check and then told me it was automatic heating so when the room gets hot enough the heating will turn off. However just after I complained about the coldness, they said they will turn the heating back on. So it went from automatic heating to manually turning the heating on from their side. As a customer and paying over £250 I expect heating and hot water being provided at all times. They will also complain when we call them to ask for certain equipment which was listed in their airbnb, which I find really rude. If your going to have an airbnb you should always be there for your customers and satisfy their needs which is why we are paying the amount stated for the stay, if you can provide that then you shouldn’t really be considering to let people pay and stay at your property. The stay in a little corridor which is attached to their home and which they can access through another door, this meant we didn’t have any sort of privacy at all. Another note to this airbnb is that there is no led lights working, no mirror to take pictures and there isn’t any broomsticks to tidy up the place. On the second night me and my boyfriend was listening to music and talking and the host knocked on the door and came in and asked us to leave as it was too loud for them. We couldn’t even talk loud in the house or do anything because of the place being attached to their house. They came and told us to leave at night knowing that we had nowhere else to stay and was willing to call the police.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and said if we needed anything then all we needed to do was ask. It’s like a little place from home in a quiet neighbourhood! The little flat was incredibly clean and had the essentials you needed.

Great communication with the host. Very comfortable and clean. Location is 30 minutes to drop off car hire at Heathrow. Good facilities if you want to cook a simple meal. Parking available on the driveway. Toilet and shower very good. Highly recommend.
