Everyone enjoyed the pool, especially the kids! A short walk to the beach, which this time of year we pretty much had to ourselves. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 9. One of the best vacations in the books, highly recommend.

Breathtaking veiws, spacious, clean & comforting with beautiful decor. Rented this beachouse to take kids/grandkids on a quite relaxing vacation & this property did not disappoint. From the backyard pier, abundance of available extras ( from floats, sand toys, beach wagon, canoe or kayaks as well as ice machine was amazing ! Did have issues with heated pool and she did try to resolve the issue. This was a great vacation property !

Spring break in Gulf Shores with the family was made even better staying in this lovely home! Being between the lagoon and the Gulf adds to the beauty! The pool was the main attraction for the kids and Becky was so responsive with any issue or question we had regarding the pool.
Kitchen was large and well stocked. We loved the large open living/dining/kitchen area allowing our family to be all together. ❤️

We loved our stay at this property. The host was so easy to communicate with, the kids loved the large (lighted) heated pool, there were lots of pool/beach toys available for us, and lots of space for our large family. It was so nice being on both the lagoon and just across from our private beach on the ocean. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Love that the home is situated between two different bodies of water. The owners have a closet full of beach chairs, floats, paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes to use, and this makes it so much more fun! The kitchen and living room space is open, light and airy, and a great gathering space with limitless views of the bay. The pool is large and heated in cooler weather, which we loved and took advantage of. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels and amenities in each bathroom. Would recommend this home!

Great time to unplug, reset, refresh and recover as we head into the last quarter of 2023. Enjoyed the pool and the views. The beach was a short walk across the street. Everything was as advertised. The host thought of everything. Well stocked kitchen and beach toys for kids and adults, even had an ice machine. Bikes and wagon. Would definitely stay again. Quiet end of the beach. Felt like we were the only ones there.

We had a wonderful week! Great location great house for our family of 8. A bit of trouble with the pool heater but was quickly resolved once we realized it wasn’t just the cooler weather.

We had a wonderful time. The house was fantastic. It had a giant island in the kitchen. The pool was a nice size, and the kids enjoyed the private pier. We would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks Becky!!!!

We visit Gulf Shores every August before the start of the school year, and this is an amazing property from a location and amenities prospective. The access to the beach and lagoon cannot be any better, and you will not find a better pool for the kids. The pictures of the property are spot on, and Becky was great with communicating the checking-time and process. If you have the opportunitiy to book a stay, don’t hesitate to do so.

This home is everything you could ask for! Huge pool and wonderful location directly across from a very private beach. We loved having coffee on the air conditioned sun porch with a view of the lagoon! Communication with the owner was a breeze. Best home we’ve ever rented by far!!!

Great house with beautiful heated pool and access to the beach across the street. Kids loved the LED lights in the pool at night! This home also had all the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and toys to accompany us at the beach.

We have been renting beach houses since 2010, and this was one of our favorite properties! It was so quiet and peaceful there! Having the lagoon & ocean steps away was the best of both worlds! We loved the swings on the dock and spent a lot of time there! The kids loved the canoe and kayaks! The house was a great size for 8 of us! It was stocked with so much & so clean! The pool was amazing as well! The whole process was super easy, and we had great communication with the owner! It was our first trip to Gulf Shores, & it didn’t disappoint!

This house is a true beauty-inside and out. Great location. Back of house looks out on the pool and lagoon and the house is steps away from the beach also. Owner is so responsive and kind. Your beach house search should stop here! This is the house you want to rent!

This house was perfect! Peaceful and quiet location, yet close to the shops and restaurants! We swam, kayaked, fished, and paddled boarded in the lagoon! Swam and played in the pool a ton! We also walked across to the beach and spent many hours! The walk was easy and the beach was never busy! The house was super clean and the kitchen island is amazing! We ordered our groceries to be delivered the morning after our arrival and they worked out perfect!! Becky was great to communicate with and quick to respond! We had an amazing first trip to Gulf Shores!

Beautiful sunsets
We had a wonderful time on our vacation, and loved the location. We were right on the lagoon, and had a perfect view of beautiful sunsets. We walked across the street to the beach. We loved that the beach was more private. The house was as expected, and very clean. The communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply outstanding!
We’ve stayed at numerous homes over the years however this was the BEST. The owner was SO responsive and offered places to go even on rainy days. The access to the lagoon AND beach made for lots of fun (fishing, kayaking, swimming in lagoon was a blast and we didn’t have to leave the property to do it)! Beach access was EASY. Location was perfect with regard to Gulf Shores main area. Excellent area for safe walking /exercise. Home is just lovely!!! Pool was perfect too! Rebooked for next year 👍🏼

1st Trip to Gulf Shores
Loved this property! Great location and it has the best of both worlds...we were able to use the paddle boards and kayaks in Little Lagoon and then walk across the street and enjoy the beach. Really a great place, hope to visit again in the future.

Family Getaway
Our family of 8 adults and 1 infant had a great time at this property for our first trip to Gulf Shores. The size and layout of the home was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, paddle boards, 2 bikes and easy access to the beach! Becky, the property manager, was terrific. She was easy to communicate with and responded quickly and efficiently to an AC problem. Wonderful family memories-thank you :)

Great house that offers plenty of space inside and out. Provides outdoor activity for all ages with views and access to the Gulf. Becky is amazing to communicate with. Great family and friend getaway everytime. This was our 2nd year staying here.

Best of Both Worlds
Great location for Gulf Shores: close to restaurants/shops, but far enough from busier beach areas; and have both the lagoon and ocean in easy walking distance . Mornings on the beach are the best! Our hostess, Becky, was quick with responding to the few concerns we had. Front porch sitting, with your favorite beverage in your hand, is second best!

Perfect Kids Friendly Home
This place has everything you need and then some. There is plenty of space for a large family to spread out and relax. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need. There are gates at the top of the stairs and around the pool so the smaller kids are safe. The location is great. We spent most of our time in the pool and in the lagoon with the kayaks and paddle boards. I would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous House
The property manager was easy to get ahold of & was easy to communicate with. She answered any questions or concerns. She also contacted us as soon as our property was ready to check in. Loved the dock and swings , was so nice sitting out their in the evenings. Pool very nice and good size. Beach just a short walk a-crossed the road. Beach was very clean & not crowded. House well stocked with towels/wash clothes , kitchen supplies contained everything you could need. Loved the kitchen area! Very large island. Really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. There was a beach cart, chairs, umbrella & beach toys. All came in handy. Would definitely recommend staying here & we plan to book again next time we plan to go to Gulf Shores! Thanks for an amazing getaway from home!

Excellent House and Owner
The house is absolutely beautiful. Great back view of the lagoon, short walk to the ocean. The house was clean and the layout was great for our family trip. 7 adults and 3 kids all under 5. Plenty of room to sit or move around and the kids to run. Pool was great.
Owners communication was superb. Always quick to respond. Had an issue with the electronic door lock and Becky quickly walked me through getting in another way.
There is no way I can accurately put in to words exactly how great the stay was. Highly recommend this property. We'll definitely be back.

Family Vacation
This house has the best of everything. Perfect location. Beach view, on the lagoon and your own pool. It is everything and then some. You can see and hear the beach from the front porch. Accommodations are perfect for large families. The open area allows everyone to gather and hang out. Owner is so nice and accommodating. We couldn’t have been happier with everything. Great stay
We had a great stay at the southern palms cottage! The house is beautiful and the location is excellent! The kids loved the pool, fishing in the lagoon, and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves most days! The house has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Becky was so nice and great to work with. Definitely recommend to all!

Perfect Stay
We loved this house! A totally open floor plan which was perfect for our multi-generational family. We loved the pool, dock, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. Gulf Shores was busy but this house was a piece of paradise outside. Highly recommend.
