Perfektní poloha, přímo ve starém centru, všechno blízko. Po celodenním chození se wellness opravdu hodil, i když je to asi nejslabší část hotelu. Velmi dobré a pestré snídaně.

Wellness - voda v bazénu 26 stupňů, velmi studená. Sice krásný výhled z bazénu na hrad, UFO atd., ale okna nikdo neumyl rok minimálně. Tolik zaschlých kapek a vodního kamene, katastrofa. Některé gaučíky u bazénu měly rozbité nohy, viděla jsem pána, pod kterým se gauč propadl na zem. Wellness nabízí 3 sauny, z toho ale jedna celý náš pobyt nefungovala. Zbylé dvě se podle recepční vypínaly, když v nich nikdo není, a s příchodem osoby se zapnou. Ale v infra jsme seděly 5 minut a nic se nestalo, to stejné v parní. Musely jsme pak na recepci wellnessu, aby s tím něco udělala. Není to zrovna příjemné, když už jste nazí a jen v prostěradle.

In general, the hotel does not seem to be bad, but there were many nuances... The air conditioner did not work well (it was not possible to increase the temperature) There were 2 mattresses on the bed (bad, not comfortable, constantly bent in the center) The pillows are thin and terrible. Out of 5 days, 2 days were not cleaned for some reason There were 2 bottles of water in the room only during check-in - then no one left water in the room (is this normal for a 4* hotel?) During breakfast, there are always long queues and it is quite difficult to find a place. We did not pay for breakfast in advance. They came in the morning, reported this and asked to write down the amount of breakfast in our room. We sat down to eat - the waiter came running and demanded urgent payment (we had to go up to the room for a bank card). In the bar on the first floor, the staff is not polite: you get the impression that they hate people and do not know how to smile.

We loved the whole hotel: the staff's kindness, professionalism and readiness to help, the location and the surroundings of the building, the wide assortment of breakfast options (as vegetarian guests), the lovely scent filling the whole building, the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel... it was just simply wonderful. We enjoyed every minute there and missing it already!

We only met some minor issues. The bed matrasses were a bit narrow and soft for us; the sauna in the spa was apparently out of order unfortunately; the first night was a bit louder than optimal due to Mow Bar's noisy operation (however, I'm aware that it must be beyond the hotel's control). Oh, and the major surprise: the room layout and the location of the separate toilet which was in the opposite corner compared to the bathroom.

Läget var utmärkt, nära gamla staden med många restauranger och caféer. Fitnessområdet var fräscht och bra

Air conditioning fanns men fungerade inte alls i något av våra två rum. Det blev alldeles för varm. Hotellets parkering var mycket dyr.

The staff is very welcoming and nice, we had a great conversation about Languages with 2 of them :) they were also super helpful booking a cab for the Sunday morning (who arrived early, fab!). There was apparently a sauna that we could use for free, but we did not have time, our priority was to experience the city and the food, as this was our first time in Slovakia. The location is fantastic, a few meters only from the old town. The room was super comfortable, we had a view on the Ufo bridge and the Danube. Breakfast for 15 EUR was a generous buffet.

- Frühstück sehr mickrig - Duschwasser morgens kalt - etwas abgelebt in den Zimmern - Der Fön im Bad ist sicherlich schon uralt - Preis/Leistung keinesfalls gegeben - Personal an der Rezeption noch ok, ansonsten bei eher unfreundlich (kein Zurückgrüßen, uninteressiert beim Frühstück, da nur in der Küche versteckt) - 4 Sterne nur am Papier

Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt. Schönes Zimmer, sehr zentrale Lage und ein wirklich großes Frühstücksangebot. Auch der Ausblick war hervorragend.

Location is excellent, Food, Views

Superior room was still small, table didn't work and no desk space to work in the room. Provision of tea and coffee was minimal (one bag of each kind of tea per day). Bottled water was very stingy (wasn't replaced during the stay). Information about the hotel, facilities and room service was impossible to find in the room!

Das Personal beim Check-in war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es gibt Radständer in der Lobby.

Leider ist auf der Website ein Whirlpool angekündigt. Der existiert nicht. Wir hatten das Hotel aber deswegen gebucht. Der normale Pool war nicht geöffnet, da Wartungsarbeiten waren. Das erfuhren wir aber erst bei der Ankunft. Neben den Saunen gab es nur 4 oder 5 Liegen. Wir mussten uns zum Pool durchquetschen, um einen Liegeplatz zu bekommen. Sehr schade, wir hatte uns sehr auf das Später gefreut.

Liked the location. The staff were very helpful. Due to our room being over the nightclub we asked to be moved and it was no trouble, we were even given complimentary breakfast for the 2 mornings of our stay, which we took up one morning, and very nice it was too, plenty of choice, cooked and continental

We were disappointed the swimming pool was closed for maintenence, but these things can't be helped

Výborná lokalita, dle domluvy tichý pokoj. Bohaté a chutné snídaně. Ochotný a milý personál.

Bohužel v době našeho pobytu byla uzavřena wellnes zóna.

The hotel seems fairly new, and everything was clean! The location is amazing, everything is within walking distance and because i came from Vienna airport the bus station was right next to the hotel. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The breakfast had many choices, and it was very tasty.

Not many amenities in the room.

Am Besten hat uns die Lage gefallen (obwohl an der Straße), da die Anlegestelle des TwinCity Liners mit dem wir aus Wien gekommen sind, direkt vis-a-vis war. Auto braucht man definitiv keines … da bleibt auch der Ärger über Parkkosten erspart ;)

Cleanliness in the room was exceptional, nice smell in the corridors, great selection of breakfast with friendly staff. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try spa or bar. Fantastic location. You should try to train staff more to start interacting with guests more during check in and check out. For example ask: “How was your stay? Was everything ok? Etc”

No interaction of staff with us. Would be nice to see smile or be asked about our plans or how we enjoyed stay.

Very flat pillows and a nightclub within the complex in which the hotel situated. Stayed on a Friday night so there was some noise. Good job I took ear plugs.

Location only

AC wasn’t working in the room I booked for a half day. Technician came and did nothing then left. After that I was offered an upgrade for an apartment which has the most stupid design I have seen. A big apartment with strange design of bathrooms, one inside the bedroom and doesn’t have a toilet! Just a shower. The toilet was next to the main door in a separate room without a sink! Why is that!
