Hotel is just beside Mall Bali Galeria, 15 min ride to the airport. Hotels staffs including the security guards were helpful.

This time round, no issues with the room.

Very comfy rooms and the breakfast was really good! the staff were very friendly and it was a good place to stay before flying out of bali and it was under 10 minutes to the airport, it was very chilled out so it was nice

You have to get a taxi to get in the middle of kuta but we didn’t mind that

The staff were friendly and helped out on my early check out but allowed me to keep my bags there as I travelled around. It's near Kuta center and near the airport.

Location is very good with Galleria Mall next door. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is good for what it is.

Specifically for room 219, it lacks maintenance. The toilet roll holder was very loose and almost detached from the wall, the aircon was not cold enough, the fridge doesn't work at all, the safety box says low batt. With the extra bed, there is no chair and we can hardly find good space to open our luggage. Also, a security concern as the window has no lock and can be opened from outside eventhough the small backyard is not for public. Room 216 smells Room 311/313 was described as a family suite with 1 king bed but it is actually 2 rooms with a interconnecting door that can fit 4 people easily. There was also a note that our room rate on the 31 Dec includes the gala dinner but when we asked at reception they said we're not registered or booked.

The location was close to airport

I was checking in at 15:30 instead of 14:00 and was told by the receptionist that the room is not ready and I will have to wait for an hour. When I told them that I can’t wait that long, they gave me a room which didn’t have a working fridge and a light wasn’t working either. I was also not taken to the room, told me to jump in the lift.

everything else. my room had a terrible mouldy smell but as it was 3am when i arrived i had no choice to stay the night. the electronic lock on my room was also faulty. i had to go to reception twice to sort it out and the only way to get back into the room was to send a staff member through the window.
