Very good and helpful staff. Very kind. Thank you very much for your very good care for airport pick up late night and drop earlier morning to airport. Very safety place.

Rooms were really spacious

There were no packaged water bottles available in the room

The staff are friendly and try their best to fix issues.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the bathrooms are old and leaky. The breakfast choice is quite limited, as is the buffet except on the weekend. Basic bathroom amenities were not replenished on a daily basis. The location is also far from the city.

Room is very clean.. Towels, Pillows, Bedsheets and etc.. are very clean.

Air freshner sprayed in the room. Some people won't like that. Because it leads them to allergy. I don't like it. Better avoid it or ask permission from guest to spray air freshner in the rooms

Convenient location and good staff.

Every thing. Food quality is very good 😊. Buffet breakfast 🥞 is good . Service is fast.

Only one suggestion corridors are stinky a bit just take care of that. Rest was fine. 💟

No proper parking. The cars are being parked outside the property

I whole heartedly thank Kavya for her patience, friendliness and hospitality and giving us the extra extension in the room . All these meant a lot to people like me who travel sparsely. Food was great. Vignesh and Pavithra in the restaurant made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent. I have already prasied the chef and written and given a small compliment on the napkin !!!

The Toilet smell peeped into the room. The room smell was not good. This is the main problem. Sandwich a bit expensive I thought :)
