The location and ambience was good. The breakfast was also well spread.
The room size is too small, ofcourse, it can't be changed now. But felt a little cramped.

The stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. They had a nice spread of breakfast with a good variety. Staff was cordial and hotel is very nicely located. Used the bar once and had a very good ambience. The General Manager Ms Illa was very active and went out of the way to come and have a chat and make sure everything was good.

Awesome Breakfast with lot of options with good support from the restaurant staff & as the hotel updated our room and gave a very beautiful room which was beyond the expectations.

The best part of the stay was definitely the staff and the way that they are very welcoming. The actual room size was amazing and was actually 2 separate rooms joined together so a huge space. The location is also near enough to central chennai to visit some cool spots.
The breakfast was horrible, I felt sick for the next 3 days afterwards. The pool and overall property was much smaller than I expected. The shower in the bathroom had a very funky smell. And the worst part was the bed, the sheets and comforter felt damp and sleeping was very uncomfortable

terrible service, staff were untrained - could not serve basics like tea or coffee. tea arrived as hot water with a separate tea bag . no teapot or milk jug. milk brought in a cup.

I chose the place for the brand and location
- I booked two rooms for 4 people paid 6k. For such a luxury hotel the toilet flush was not working. We called in the plumber who could not help. Then we resorted to filling up bucket of water and flushing it. Poor facilties.
- There is no safe in the room which is standard in most hotels
- The hotel building is breaking down and definitely needs a rebuild.
- On top of this, they charged me 1000 per person as I had only booked for single occupancy.

The travel desk can be a bit more professional. We had to call them a few times for hiring a car

had to wait 1 hour for rooms even though i arrived at 2 pm. Shower and health faucet V poor. Bar - service by pool poor staff not intrested . For price paid no in room slippers or shaving kit staff are courteoues security staff b fast 7 am restaurant boy good. there was no water bottle in the room had to call and ask.

As far the Breakfat -- not bad but the same items everyday. Tastewise I would expect a little more ---for vada.
you can make them crispy. Mineral water without label was a concern on quality and safety. Otherwise breakfast was good better than many comparable hotels that I have been to.
A club where coffee and snacks supplied all through the day. Food and beverages are a bit expensive and I did not get any discount where as I get usually at other hotels.

Staff are excellent and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are lovely, breakfast was great, and the staff really made the trip special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Chennai

Location was fantastic,prime reason for me to opt for the Hotel. Since we opted for full board, the lunch served in Ala Cart was the same for all five days, Breakfast and dinner spread was really good.
Room service and cleaning could've been better. the towels provided were extremely old and pale .
