We had a midyear sales meeting and were able to accommodate the team at this wonderful location home. It 100% met our needs - great home and great location!

We came for a work event and stayed two nights. I would caution folks who are expecting 9 bedrooms - there are only 7 bedrooms! The 8th bdrm does not have a door to close off from the rest of the house and is attached to one of the bedrooms as an ante-room. The 9th bedroom is the bunk room/bungalow that is only available if you pay extra. We missed this detail in the listing and assumed we'd have enough space for everyone so we had to text to add on the bungalow space. Our only other issue was that the owner met us for a "walk through" - this was my first experience with this and though there were at least 5 folks there when the owner arrived, because I hadn't arrived, they would not show anyone the house. It felt a little strange and my colleagues were put off. The tour itself was unnecessary, as the rules and expectations were clearly written in a document on the kitchen island. If you are in a large group bring extra pillows and blankets, they don't seem to have enough for the futon spaces that are listed as beds.
Otherwise, the house was beautiful. We loved the set up and really were able to work and relax and use the space to our liking. We would easily stay here again, knowing the set up now.

This was the perfect space for our company retreat. There were 15 of us so I was a little concerned about the sleeping arrangements. This property had 7 real bedrooms and extra beds as well, exactly as advertised and perfect for what we needed. The owner Steve showed us around and was responsive for questions. Plenty of space to sit and talk, huge dining room table where we played games and drank wine. Weather was very cold so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor deck that ran the entire back of the house, but it was bright and the views were beautiful. Great spot, highly recommend!

Very nice property with all the amenities. Owner extremely nice and met us on arrival to greet us and show home and answer our questions up front. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds all very comfortable. Hot tub was great! Spacious living space for family gathering. Kids loved the ping pong, large yard and outdoor play structure. Would definitely recommend this property.

We fly members of our sales team in once a year for an annual sales meeting. They enjoy staying together in a house as opposed to having separate hotel rooms as they only get together once a year. Steve was very professional and accommodating to our needs. The house was perfect for us- it was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The backyard is to die for! I highly recommend!

Steve is an excellent host! The property was very well stocked with coffee and creamers, paper products, bath products and welcoming snacks. We loved the hot tub and coffee bar. The house is very conveniently located to Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, manitou springs, Cheyenne Mountain and the Broadmoor. We highly recommend this home!

Steve is an awesome host. He met us at the home to give us a personal tour and directions to make sure we know how to work the hot tub, door locks etc. Our family was there to attend the Fallen Fighter Memorial in honor of my brother-in-law. This home was big enough to host dinner for 27 people and easily had a place for everyone to sit inside and out. In our family and friends group, everyone had a beautifully appointed bedroom and plenty of bathrooms. Our adult children enjoyed staying in the bungalow. Every single person in our group absolutely loved this home, it was the perfect space for a large group of family and friends! The memories made here will be talked and laughed about for a lifetime. The location is very convenient for downtown, many attractions and the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely as advertised and the bungalow helped with our large group. There was plenty of space to spread out and the backyard area with hot tub was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this home for any groups in Colorado Springs.

This property exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, size, beauty, and functionality. We had a family reunion here. The backyard is spacious and gorgeous- full of trees for privacy and with stunning views of Cheyenne Mountain. There is a beautiful water feature on the patio they gives such a lovely ambiance. There was plenty of space for family to gather for meals and games, and the rooms were large enough for couples and young kids. The Bungalow was perfect for our older kids and “teens.” They loved it. Steve was so easy to communicate with- so helpful and kind. The host was truly gifted in hospitality and the home was incredible! Everyone was talking about coming back as a family again! Thank you!!!

This property served us well for our annual leadership offsite meeting. We had a group of 9 people and everyone had their own bed (one of them slept on one of the futons). We loved being close to the Broadmoor.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our trip to Colorado. The house was perfect for all the family to be together, we loved the facility. I was disappointed that the main door to the back patio could not open, as I was looking forward to enjoying the outside from the inside. The host was generous to us and very attentive.

We had 13 people ages 11-80 stay for 5 days and loved every bit of it. Easy access to Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and the surrounding areas. The house was great. Clean and well stocked, it felt more like a resort than a hotel or vacation house. Everything was updated and I’m working order from the appliances to the hot tub. And the ping pong table got a ton of use. This was a great base of operations for a family reunion and vacation and Steve was a gracious host who was easy to contact and super helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

We were too busy to stay at the Home only were there just to sleep but the host is kind of rude and abrasive. Before we got to the Home, I asked a question about early check-in and dogs and he only responded with… you must not have read the pamphlet I emailed you and you agreed upon and resent it to me. A simple yes or no would have been a lot more kind and welcoming.

July 9-16, 2022 Family Reunion
Our family of 12 came together from California, Iowa and Minnesota with an age range from 52 to 88. The house layout fit us perfectly and we had plenty of room to gather, cook, and sleep. The beds were excellent, the kitchen very well equipped (we cooked nearly every meal), plenty of parking, and the extra space in the garage with additional fridge was appreciated. The only thing I would recommend for guests is to bring extra bag or folding chairs for outside that could be easily stowed in the garage when not in use so they don’t blow around. We did that and it worked out great. It was nice meeting you Steve and thanks again for being an outstanding host!

Wonderful property at wonderful location
We had the place for 5 days for a family vacation. We were 11 adults and 1 infant. About the property- The place was extremely clean, all beds were very comfortable, bedrooms were spacious, and the property has everything you could need. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in all baths were a great touch. The coffee area was a hit between our group, and the owner offers all supplies. We used the hot tub every evening, and it made for a great family bonding time. We also used the washer and dryer- detergent and cleaning supplies also provided. About the location- close to all main attractions in Colorado Springs. 15 minutes to the Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs. About 1 hour to the Royal Gorge. Plenty of restaurants around within 5 miles distance. We'd definitely stay again. Suggestion to the owner- few hammocks in the beautiful patio area would be spectacular.

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at a 1st class property. Property was very well kept. Owner was courtesy and very attentive. He takes good care of his property and expects you to also. We have stayed in a number of VRBO's and this was the best. Would not hesitate to return for another stay.

We cooked breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen and it was very well stocked. We loved the coffee bar, too. The outdoor space is fantastic. The hot tub is meticulously maintained — a fantastic way to wind down after a day of hiking. In the evenings, we loved sitting around the oversized dining room table (the new chairs are great!) and cozying up in the family room together. Bonus: The beds are comfy and plentiful! I really can’t say enough about this home. Steve was a fantastic host. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!
