The property owner was nothing short of amazing! This was our first time staying and we can say it will not be our last! You have a repeat customer for sure! Cozy, clean and so close to everything! Not a single detail was forgotten about and it was noticed!

I would like to thank Lisa for being a great host. We don't drink wine but she left 2 bottles of her homemade wine. We left them for the next guests. The apt is bright, airy and comfy. New soft towels, everything you would need.
The 6 beach badges, beach towels and beach toys, all available. The outdoor space was nice. That's where we'd sit in the evenings and play games and enjoy each others company.
The boardwalk was an easy 10 min walk.
We would highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again should we be in the area.

Lisa's home was just as promised. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Lisa was very accessible if we needed to speak with her. Her home was the perfect place to have a quiet week at the beach. Everything was walkable or a very short drive. This was a hteat place to stay.

This is our second time staying here, and it won’t be the last! The location is perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and all kinds of stuff to do. The outdoor area is so nice, and the place is the perfect fit for our family of 4! Plus the kids (ages 6 and 4) love the trundle beds. The beach tags and the two parking spaces are the icing on the cake! We’re already looking forward to our return!

Place is great, extremely clean, has everything you could need for a beach stay and 1.5 blocks to boardwalk and beach. There is boogie boards,
beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Lisa is so nice, quick to respond and her homemade wine is so good!

This apartment has it all. Close to boardwalk, restaurants, Jersey Shore House all within walking distance. Even has beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas for beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Some of my favorite childhood memories were all at the Jersey Shore. This was our first trip to Seaside with our two kids (ages 3 and 5) and this property was a perfect stay for us! Everything was so neat, clean, and easy! Lisa was so helpful, kind, and attentive to making sure everything was exactly as we needed for our stay - thank you so much!! In the words of our 5 year old - “It was awesome! I want to go back!” And we sure will :)

Lisa’s place was the perfect place to rest after long days at the beach . She supplied beach towels , chairs , an umbrella and it was a quick short walk to the board walk . The grill was perfect for our group and everything in the apartment was kept clean . I’d definitely recommend it . Also her home made wine was delicioussss .

Family beach trip
Comfy, cozy and clean stay. Short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Lisa was very quick to reply to all communication, and gifted us a bottle of homemade wine upon our arrival. Will most definitely consider staying here again

Beware of Property Manager
The establishment was very nice and for the most part our stay was very pleasant, however the good parts were overshadowed by poor ownership. Despite my party purchasing $1500 worth of insurance, the owner, Lisa, took it upon herself to charge my account $500. The insurance was taken out for the sole purpose of accidental protection, because accident do in fact happen. A few cheap cushions were stained and a black mark was on the wall, all of which were accidental. We communicated this to the owner and informed her about the insurance, but within hours my account was charged. The damages were around $50-$100 maximum, so this amount was absurd . Throughout our stay we had no problems with the neighbors and we treated everybody around us with respect; this made it that much more shocking when we were treated with the blatant disrespect by Lisa. We tried multiple times to reason with the property owner, to no avail. All in all our stay was okay, but if you are looking to book a house under this owner, be aware that she may overreact and attempt to cause problems.

Lisa was communicative and helpful. The property was conveniently located: a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, several restaurants, convenience stores, and the bay. The condo was clean and cool and perfect for our family of four. Thank you, Lisa, for a great stay!

Cute little Shore cottage
My son and I were here so I could bring him to my hometown to experience a little bit of what my summers were like growing up. Lisa and Brian have an absolutely ADORABLE little cottage that is super close walking distance to the boards. It has private parking, which is a huge plus, and is SO SO CLEAN. Thank you Lisa for coming by to make sure we were all set and to drop off the bottle of wine. Great hospitality, great place. WILL return!

Fun late summer getaway
Property was immaculate , nice outdoor space /grill. Kitchen well equipped and decor sunny and bright. Neighborhood a bit noisy- but hey it’s Seaside. Good location to boards, walkable to convenience store and pharmacy for incidentals. Lisa was a gracious communicative and responsive host. Make sure to check out Drifters- great new restaurant down the street.

Very clean Space
It was a very clean apartment. About 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The shower was very narrow. Communication could have been better but overall, we enjoyed our stay. The fees (cleaning and processing fees) at VRBO are high for this property.

Perfect spot for a beach vacation!
This apartment is the perfect place for a beach vacation! Lisa was easy to communicate with and quick to respond, check in was easy, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and the perfect set up for our little family of 4. The kids loved the trundle beds! The location can’t be beat, such a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, shopping etc. The outdoor area was so nice and a great place to hang out. Lisa even gifted us a bottle of her homemade wine, which was delicious! Wonderful experience and we’re looking forward to a return visit!

This was a much needed getaway, 4 great friends disconnecting from the real world and enjoying life…so many laughs, drinks, and just a wonderful time had by all!

Wonderful and cozy. Good location, very clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Apartment was updated and tastefully decorated. All cabinets, glasses, dishes, coffee maker, pots and pans were immaculate condition. Fit 2 adults and 4 kids comfortably.

Great spot for our mini get-away!
This was a great spot for our mini get-away planned at the last minute. Very short walk to the beach. Lisa was super accomodating with our check-in and out requests, giving us extra time at each end to enjoy our stay. It was so easy as everything was provided from linens and towels to extra blankets to beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. She also provided a wonderful bottle of her own wine for us to enjoy! Thank you for everything!

Perfect spot for quick shore getaway!
Great space for my husband, teen daughter and myself. It was nice having separate bedrooms. Just a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just a few short blocks to the water park/go-karts/miniature golf. Linda was a great host, it was easy to communicate with her on check-in, check-out, etc. Very clean and bright. Highly recommend!

Perfect All Around!
Everything was great from check in to check out. Weather was awful but we found so much to do. Lisa hand delivered a delicious bottle of homemade wine! Such a great person to deal with. Parking was great...2 spots off street! The place was so very clean which is very hard to find. Anything you needed was stocked within the rental. We had Sunday pasta and didn't have to use anything we brought...AMAZING! Beach stuff is stored in prefect spot by driveway for your use during your stay. And there are also beach badges!
The place is absolutely perfect. Thank you Lisa and we will be back...hopefully with my mom :)

The apartment was very clean and spacious enough for 2 people to be comfortable. The full kitchen had everything we needed. We were convenient to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. There was ample parking on the property. We had a great time!

Charming, clean and convenient to the beach and pier. Our ONLY issue was that the AC was very loud but it cooled the entire place and for that we were thankful! Looking forward to coming back for another visit next year.

Great Weekend Stay!
We stayed at Lisa's place during a weekend gateway in Seaside Heights. It's a really nice apartment, clean comfortable and we'll equipped. The apartment is close to the beach and parking was super convenient. Lisa welcomed us with a delicious bottle of wine, she is very responsive through the app and text.
