Rooms were clean. Air conditioning was really good. Hotel looked good too and rooftop pool was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Toilet flush was working but not great, had to reflush a couple of times. Sink seemed to pool water when left on for slightly longer periods of time. Double single beds were not ideal for a couple on holiday - it was quite wide. Room location had some noisy live music but thankfully this did not go on until late.

Beautiful hotel. Huge room. Was given an upgrade. Clean. Great breakfast and lovely pool. Only one night stay. Next time will stay longer.
Bed was a tiny bit hard but was massive.

The breakfast was great and wide range to choose from.

The location of the hotel was ideal for what we wanted to do in the first leg of our trip to Bali.
Close to the airport and in Kuta.
There was a lift which was not in operation (being serviced) which meant a long walk to go for meals.

Nice interiors of the room and common areas, very nice bathroom. Breakfast had an exceptionally wide choice of items in my view. We stayed here mainly as we had an early flight the next morning and it turned out to be a good choice, given it's less than 5 minutes by cab to the airport. Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked good.

Large modern rooms & the location.
It was a bit of a maze trying to get to and from our room. The breakfast was fine if Asian Cuisine was your preference. Limited Western choices.

The hotel room and bathroom was a generous size. Bed was very comfortable. Amazing stay, wish we stayed for longer. Amazing breakfast spread and the restaurant for dinner served great food and good value for money. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the security at the entrance to the concierge and everyone in between. Loved our stay.
I cannot think of one thing that I didnt like.

Overall clean and professional facility. More of a business hotel.
The walk to the room was extremely far due to the layout of the property. Definitively wouldn’t stay here longer than one night if you are a tourist in Bali. It feels very corporate for business travelers.

I requested an additional bed for our daughter as is advertised on booking (as i knew we arriving late and wanted to get to bed fast), the communication broke down somewhere between booking.com and the hotel - however it was fixed and set up within minutes by an efficient and happy hotel team
