Llegamos sobre las 17. Pasamos frío por la noche. A pesar de pedir la calefacción, la quitaron. Había una temperatura exterior de 6 grados. Dejamos la habitación a las 7,15 del día siguiente.

El trato que recibimos siempre, fue nuestra segunda vez, lo bien localizado que está!!! Y las instalaciones estan muy bien

Location was perfect - close to old town, very close to the restaurant area, not too far from the beach either and bus stop 5 min walk.
Price-value also good, very clean place and the staff was very welcoming and helpful! Thanks for everything! I'd definitely be back!

The Hotel was very central for the old town and bars/restaurants.
Free parking was possible but a little walk. Maria and Sonia at reception were extremely helpful with any questions and the Hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Little cafe next door was good for a coffee or snack etc.

Great location. Easy to walk into the old town and nearby tapas bars. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money.
It's a shame the breakfast room is underground with no natural light, but very clean and nice decor.

I loved this place. I think the one star rating does not do it justice at all. the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room well appointed and comfortable. the location fantastic. I even enjoyed the breakfast, which doesn’t rank high on the list.
the coffee was not my favorite but that is a personal preference.

our unit had an awful sewer odour. Staff tried desperately to rid the smell, but it was to strong and stayed in our room the entire stay. We had to leave room on day 3 of 4

Reception was incredibly friendly and helpful at every stage of the journey, I saw a previous review mention that the receptionist deserved a raise an honestly I concur! It was genuine care from the staff that really made me feel welcome. The room was modern and tasteful, an android tv with all apps, good WiFi and a shower with excellent pressure. The room had a roof fan for air conditioning which meant that I was kept cool overnight without any noise!
The town itself it quaint and endearing, lovely restaurants and bars with 2 minutes of the hotel.
Both the town and hotel is a hidden gem, I will visit both again soon!

The room is in the basement, no views, no windows. The room was dump and no AC to clean the air.
I was happy to leave the hotel next day.
