A bit disappointed we booked a king size bed but when we get there they give us a two beds single bed bed the place is very small roads very sofucated.

세면대나 침구류에서 개미가 나옵니다ㅠㅠ 호텔에서 시가지로 나가는 길목 사이사이가 길이 나빠 물 웅덩이가 고여있어 그 점이 조금 힘들었어요

We love the following.
- hotel being in front of the beach
- pool being right in front of our room
- included breakfast and paid dinner (both buffet) were excellent with lots of options, main courses, side dishes, soups, & desserts
- large room size
- glass window to the bathroom with a blind was something that we didn’t think we would appreciate
- relaxing bathtub and excellent separate standup shower
- courteous, friendly, helpful, and cheerful staff (front desk, door men, pool attendants, restaurant staff, cleaning staff)
- safe
- large beds with comfy pillows — perfect softness
We can’t think of anything that we didn’t like. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a good location near to the beach and to the other establishment.
The HSK request took so long to deliver and the room was cleaned late despite puting M-UP sign.

It’s a nice place to stay..very clean…and very pleasing…we are very comfortable staying there.
We have concern regarding the bathroom. We show it to their staff and it’s been like they did not pay attention and did not accommodate our complain until we are about to check out... we haven’t heard anything about it and they told us it’s not been recorded or reported.
Knowing that we called the front desk and talk to the staff…they only send us email afterwards about the incident.

I liked that it had direct beach access.
The rooms were big enough but would be nice if they had interconnected rooms for families. The cocktails were watered down and not always served cold.

This beachfront property was beautiful. Rooms were nice and clean. Excellent service from staff! I enjoyed the skypool and bar, and their breakfast buffet.

There were ants in room 325 and cockroaches in rooms 326 and 416.

Slippery floor, not good or safe for people with disabilities, the ally or street going to main road needs pavement

The entrance is a disaster - but the back of the hotel open to the beach so it makes up . Its centrally located at the beach so one can walk both towards the left side shops / restaurants as well on the right side easily .
The food was also very good as well as the transfers to the airport
For the rate they charge , they should mandatorily offer good service .. `

b. If you accidentally stain your bedcover with a wet belt - we will charge you for the bedcover - Wow
c. If you paid the security deposit by card , and while check out the crad machine is not working - sorry -we will give you a letter , that we will refund .. but fingers crossed

pool was clean & locations was on point!!! walking distance to everything. airport transportation was a BIG + they did their job so smooth! Thank you to the hennan Staff.
the room didn’t have water or soda, you need to go downstairs to buy some, also buying food by the pool takes way to long!!!!!!!!

The property was great and in a really good location in popular Boracay. The staff was very friendly and professional.
The only issue we had was at checkout, they make you remain in the lobby until someone checks your room. I found this quite odd and we had to wait about 15 minutes until we could leave - be mindful and plan for this when making flights! I found this very annoying and have never stayed at a location that had this policy.

use of so many plastics — bin liners, toothbrush, shampoo etc ( this can be done with a built in wall dispenser for both shampoo and conditioner and liquid soap. and also saves you from other guests of trying to ‘hoard’ such supplies.

all of the pools, and all the property was clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and always presented themselves in a professional manner.

Not all staff were friendly and accommodating. Customer service needs to be improved.
I spent 2 nights at Discovery Shores before coming to Hennan Palm and saw the difference in terms of customer service. Some staff were more friendly and accommodating with foreigners rather than locals.

It was abit to far from Dmall, the ability to choose rooms closer to the pool or just other roo locations on Booking.com was hard to navigate, the TV was average bring a crome cast

Hotel staff were lovely. The staff member at the lobby cafe was very sweet and helpful. Housekeeping were very friendly. You are able to use a pool towel at the beach and there was a mat available for beach use too.
Not knowing there were mats for use at the beach. Massage prices at the hotel vary according to pressure and it's not clearly advertised.

The toilets had a stinky smell, there was moisture on the walls of the room and the shower. We complained at the reception and we didn't even receive compensation after seeing the moisture on the walls and smelling the disgusting smell that was in the room.
