Staff unhelpful. Rude and not interested, Yousef was very rude and not helpful. Double booked rooms, got our booking wrong, did not apologise for mistakes. Room keys constantly failed. Twin room requested, double given, people already rooms , was told I had to pay again for the booking after paid and confirmed..rooms not cleaned very well Very poor, NEVER use Fletcher group again, for group bookings or single. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

Room - comfortable, but bed was two singles pushed together with single duvets. Our check-in person at least was friendly, helpful and competent and eventually managed to correct all the errors caused by her colleagues at the other two local Fletcher hotels we'd been sent to. Check out person was apologetic and gracious.

Organisation between hotels - disjointed. We had been warned we should report to Wolfheze hotel but would be referred to another local Fletcher hotel. The front desk was rude and effectively told us to go away. A security guard gave us the address of the nearest Fletcher hotel but they'd not got our booking. They were bordering on rude but found our booking had been referred to a third hotel. Had we been properly informed in advance we could have simply one there in the first place. When we arrived they were surprised it was only two of us as three separate identical bookings had been referred. Restaurant - limited menu for non-red meat eaters and pricey. Breakfast - under-staffed and disorganised with many tables left uncleared and various foods unreplenished for extended periods. If you stay here double check in advance you're booked into the hotel you think you are with the correct number of rooms.

Hotel geboekt vanwege deelname aan de 4Daagse van Nijmegen. Was redelijk in de buurt dus konden snel schakelen, hotel had hier rekening mee gehouden

De douche lekte enorm. Na elke douche beurt stond de badkamer blank en moesten alle handdoeken op de grond

I liked the variety of facilities offered, such as the pool, the possibility to rent sauna and electric bikes for a good price. There weren't too many people, so it is perfect for those looking for a calm and quiet stay. Also, the surrounding area is extremely beautiful and the national park nearby is worth visiting.

Hotel is a bit outdated. For example, the hairdryer in the rpom was ancient and would get really hot to hold. The electric bikes they rented were really good, but it would be nice if they offered a phone holder for easier navigation.

The staff on the front desk was extremely rude and our 2 rooms were cancelled after we made the payment to booking.com of £335

Our rooms were allocated to someone else and after a long argument with the staff, I had to wait in the lobby for 45mins with my 7 year old daughter and then a room was allocated to me as if it was a charitable favour from the hotel. They charged me tourist tax of €14 whereas everything was inclusive in booking.com price.

The breakfast was ok. The first room had a dirty sock hanging from the ceiling over the light bulb.
