Min punt, slechte geen verlichting ‘s nachts . Maar heb begrepen dat dit voor de dieren in het bos is.

Great location in the woods. Most of staff very friendly. Very well equipped suites.
No restaurant in the hotel. The nearby Woodz restaurant is fun and has good play area for kids, but food quality is … well … slightly disappointing.
The suite has a terrace, but it’s rather tiny (2x2m) and has a sign saying that it’s forbidden to step on the grass next to the terrace…
Then on one hand the place is family friendly, with 2-bedroom suites and outdoor play areas, on the other the inside is not child friendly at all.

Prachtig hotel, mooie kamers, heerlijk ontbijt en je kunt er ook terecht voor een kaasplankje en een wijntje etc. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en vanuit het hotel heb je meerdere wandelroutes beschikbaar. Wij komen zeker nog een keertje terug.

Despite the rainy days, we enjoyed the late sunny terrace. The room was perfect and especially with various chairs (often missing elsewhere). Cosy breakfast with supportive staff.
Surroundings for wlaking etc are perfect.
The closest dining option at Woodz was easy, but not optimal. Woodz could have more quality and less quantity.

I love everything of this hotel. We have been several times and it's always a joy to return. The setting is lovely, in the middle of the forest, and rooms and lodges are gorgeously decorated and equipped with all comforts. Staff is always very nice and we find the little souvenir you get at check out a nice touch! Will definitely be back.
One small thing: there is no wifi in the lodge's upper floor, but not a big deal.

What is there not to like! This is a gem of a place to stay. The best natural sleep in a long while, aided by the three hour walk in the woods and wonderful Italian meal in Velp. Already looking at dates for a return trip.

Amazing eye for detail - they had really thought about everything. Wonderful friendly staff, excellent breakfast and beautiful spacious and comfortable room. The location in the middle of the forest makes you forget you're in The Netherlands. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the Veluwezoom national park. Nice staff and great breakfast. Gluten and lactose free options available. Possibility to rent bikes for excursions in the park or towns nearby.
