De ligging, super vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam, zeer propere kamer en gezellig, top ontbijt, ligging parking.

Het diner in de brasserie vond ik de portie black angus beef nogal pover, verder was het wel lekker. Sluitingstijd bar was 24u00, maar het rolluik was al naar beneden rond 22u00. Personeel bar was nogal afwezig naar de klant toe.

Mooie lokatie en parkeren midden in het centrum is echt perfect

Right in the Center and rooms had a good space

Parking was great. Very close to hotel.

Normally it’s location is very good and the double rooms have recently been decorated

When we were there the town had an event directly outside the hotel. Playing loud music until 01.00 in the morning. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com told us. We could have stayed elsewhere. We were with my 78 year old mother. Going to see her fathers war grave. Also we stayed in the Duke suite. It’s dated compared to the double rooms.

- only 1 small elevator in use, took several attempts before being able to get on with a wheelchair. - noise of loud group who couldn’t figure out what floor to get off on traveled down hallway - view from window was of parking lot, other room was the view of brick wall with murial. - parking lot elevator was not working.

Everything, except we could not get BBC1 on the TV.

I paid extra for a room with city view however they didn't mentioned that in the weekends on Sunday morning the market square is cleaned which is really noisy

Great location, short walk from Central Station and you are here, nice view on the main town square from hotel room. Two sinks in bathroom, full size bath, separated room with toilet. Breakfast is ok.

Couldn't find a room with twin bed but not 13m2. Maze-like corridors. Our room was 325 which took us to mid floor stairs and a long walk from reception elevator. One moor elevator can take you straight to restaurant but next day it didn't work. Soft furniture in rooms definitely need some update, looks very old. But bathroom is good. So the price doesn't seem fair enough.
