The stay was good and comfortable and the place was clean.
We were told to inform them 30 minutes before breakfast...we did exactly that...but we were made to wait for an hour just to get a table...
When clocking out we were told that a towel is missing, we searched for it and we are not sure if it was placed there since we came back late the previous night, we happily paid for the towel and they new we will pay since our uber had arrived.

We got what we paid for, the place was clean and easy to reach.
Not far from a shopping centre.
Our host, Zinhle was kind. The cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was really nice, though I asked for fried tomato but never got it.
We also got see monkeys 😂

I never even got a chance to stay at Roseland house as I was told the place was double booked, and to be honest the place that Roseland house booked for me wasn't good at all, the beds and couches were soooo uncomfortable. I was so disappointed in Roseland hose

No air-conditioning and no fan ... essential for this humid hot area ..
I didn't see soap or shampoo luckily I brought my own

The room was clean and was what I was expecting.
The curtain above the door let a lot of light in. I was offered a packed breakfast but there was no one on duty when I left at the agreed time.

I can not say I liked anything, nothing that I liked at all, nothing. Except for the warmest welcome from Dean.he welcomed us in a very good n sweet manner
But the staff shame was very nice and the service they gave us was perfect
When I was booking I expected a self catering but when we got there, there was no stove, no microwave. Even the bar fridge did not work. So nje all in all we were so disappointed. Pool ibincole ukwehlula we could not swim

Location was awesome. The staff was very friendly and catered for our needs. Very homey and cosy.
The room I was in had no bar fridge and it was under the steps that went up; so I could hear footsteps of people going up and down the stairs. Aircon wasn't working.
