Excellent location for tourist location. Excellent food outlets nearby area .

One front desk staff was very indifferent, even when the rooms were ready and we were waiting for rooms, intentionally she kept us waiting till 3.10 pm just to prove check in is at 3 pm.
When another colleague came , he immediately gave us rooms on the same floor.
She intentionally deducted city taxes 4 times without informing us . When asked why it was deducted 4 times , she said it was hotel policy .
It is the worst staff ever seen in hotels industry.
Such people give bad names to Voco and IHG group .
Will never visit such a hotel again because of poor front desk staff.

Ligt in een buurt met leuke restaurantjes, barretjes, markt en theater. Goede metro en bus verbinding direct voor of vlak bij het hotel. Kamers en sanitair zijn goed onderhouden. Parkeergelegenheid van het hotel tegen betaling.
De kamers zijn erg warm (ook eind oktober)

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und eine sehr gute Auswahl.
Die Ventilation ging nicht im Zimmer.
Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Aber die Fenster waren auch nicht richteg geschlossen, sodass man alles von aussen gehört hat.
Wir hatten ein Schlafsofa für unsere Tochter mitgebucht. Das Schlafsofa war nicht mal aufgeklappt beim betreten dess Zimmers.

La chambre est très bien et surface suffisante pour un voyage professionnel. Avec tout le confort nécessaire, et notamment gel douche, shampooing, et même après-shampooing en salle de bain.

le lit d’appoint pour l’enfant accompagnant était absolument inconfortable (chauffeuse déplorable sans sommier, des barres de fer (avec un « grillage ») qui se sentaient à travers le matelas très fin.

Le personnel était au top.
Je partais tôt (train à 6h10) et il avait préparé un mini petit-déjeuner pour moi qui était parfait.
Un jus, un croissant, un pain au chocolat, des fruits et un yaourt. Il faut savoir que le petit-déjeuner n’ouvre normalement qu’à 7h30.
Rien à dire.

Le personnel ne m'a jamais proposé une boisson chaude lors du petit-déjeuner. Je me suis servis à la machine et ensuite, j'ai vu et réalisé qu'il était possible de la commander en voyant une client être servis.

Hôtel superbe, localisation parfaite, station de métro à la sortie de l'hôtel, centre commercial,commerces et gare à 2 pas.
Personnel très serviable et aimable, toujours avec le sourire et aux petits soins, de la réception au service d étage.

Staff were not very accommodating to our work needs or our family needs. Lucky we brought our own baby crib and we’re able to be more flexible with our work calls/meetings. Very small bedrooms.

The worst hotel experience of my life. Started well with friendly staff. During the night, I suffered extensive bed bug bites. Never happened to me before. After I left, and the allergic reaction started, I requested the hotel to inspect the room and inquire about any prior incidents of this nature. Their response was merely that they took this problem seriously.
This hotel has to be closed, and thorough sanitation conducted. If management cannot handle bed bug issues, they should not be in this industry.

Very well located, very clean, very friendly staff. Our stay was perfect. The parking was very practical. The metro was right in front of the hotel and the hotel is close to lots of restaurants.
