Location is good and view from 15th floor was excellent. Lounge facility was enjoyed and appreciated. Requested late check out was 1400 and was convenient. All staff were very helpful and friendly

Did have problem with air conditioning which was addressed quickly, Also the TV did not function as it should but this also was promptly sorted.

Staffs are friendly. Location is good. It is an old hotel but can surprise you by their service.

The room given at level four has no view at all overlooking at carpark buildings, given a four stars hotel is over rated. The toilet is too small and aged with cracks on WC, this is not giving a good impression for the guest.

Friendly staff, large family room especially when you traveling with kids.

We can hear the noise from outside of our room. We dont know what it is.

There are some nice restaurants located within the hotel. The place is also conveniently located within Orchard area so it is a short walk to places like The Forum, Far East Shopping Centre, ION, Wheelock Place and Wisma Atria. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, they gave us a family room seeing that we were travelling with our baby, even though we booked a regular room with a double bed. The family room had a fridge, microwave and a separate bathtub and shower area which were very useful to us.

Some of the facilities in the room were a little dated, like the handles on the bathtub were a little rusty and there was some water seepage near the toilet bowl. But it did not negatively impact our stay. It would have also been nice if there were a few more utensils (like bowls) available in the kitchenette - only two pairs of cutlery (fork, knife, spoon) and plates.

walking distance from orchard shopping malls and tanglin shopping centers. Swimming pool is bigger than other hotels located in Orchard road.

Bathroom got standing shower and size of bathroom is a bit small.

The extraordinary location makes me always come back as well as the utterly friendly staff. Altogether I like coming back to this property

The only little downside is the breakfast but it's also very easy to just go out.

After many hour flight, they allowed us to check in very early. That was very gladful. Club lounge staffs Samy and Sofia helped us to early check in and also allowed us to wait at club lounges with breakfast. They were brilliant for us.

The room's AC was kind of louder while sleeping.

aircon was warm , dusty smell in the room breakfast at white marble was limited in selection and the restaurant took an hour to bring the food up to the room

The room was good, spacious and well equipped. Location near Orchard Road very central and breakfast was limited but good. A young chinese looking male staffmember in the breakfast restaurant was very friendly and therefore pleasant to deal with. Please give him my compliments.
