I didn't expect it would be so crowded. I didn't realise if was Depavali and there were so many people ar breakfast it was difficult to get a table in the shade. I think the hotel management should look at finding a way to ,provide more relief from the hot sun when people are having breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and tried their best to assist even during busy periods. Location is good, there is a foodcourt on the ground floor.

The size of the rooms. It is the smallest room I'd ever stayed in. The price didn't reflect how small the rooms would be. The lobby is massive and looked amazing so it was very disappointing when we finally reached our rooms. We got a triple room and had to step over bags and beds to get to the other side. I'm quite petite but when using the shower, I kept accidentally hitting the shower tap because the space was very cramped. I can't imagine someone bigger than me using that space. Also, we saw a rat run across the lobby.

For a 4 star hotel I expect spacious rooms and bathrooms and more TV channels. unfortunately no slippers available. breakfast is pricey, lighting could also be better. no bidet

Comfortable room. Allowed us to check in a few hours early as they already had the room prepared which was a huge plus. Nice pool in the shade between the building and basic gym equipment. Good location with lots of food options downstairs as well as a supermarket across the road. Great access to both subway and bus public transport. Built in travel adapter power plugs so no need to worry about adapters. Provided some bathroom supplies so if you forgot something then they have you covered.

The airconditioner control was not working when we changed the temperature but it was very cool during daytime and almost a little cold at night. Could be resolved just by turning off the aircon for a bit so it warms up and then turning it back on when it gets too hot. Did not bother us much during our short stay as we were out of the room most of the day. The shower door leaked a little at the bottom as it was not sealed fully. Remedied with the provided towels.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Many bad things happened here. Overall, bad services from the hotel staffs. 1. We booked two rooms for 4 of us. We arrived at 3pm as it was the time allowed for the check-in. We got just one room 11st floor (room for my mom and I to stay) and the other room for my tow brothers, the hotel staff at the counter said we needed to wait for the other room since the rooms were still being cleaned and no available room for the second room we booked yet. We asked when it would be done and if the other room we needed to wait can be on the same floor so that my family can walk to each other easily. The staff couldn’t answer that but told us to wait for at least one hour. Two hours passed, we still didn’t get a room. I had to walk about to the counter to ask again when we would get the second room. Then they said, oh you can have a room now but on the 15th floor not the same floor as the first room we got which was the 11st. We had to accept it for the sake of having another room for my brothers to go unpack and shower since we got travel plans to do. Then on the 15th floor it was full of smoking smell of cigarettes. I already knew that my brothers won’t be able to stay because one of them is very sensitive to cigarette smell. Plus the fact that it required key cards to access specific floors. It was not convenient for my mom and I to go to my brothers’ room between 11st and 15th floors. AND on top of all these, the room we got on the 15th floor was clearly shown that the maid didn’t clean it well. The previous guest left a lot of food and drink in the fridge and they didn’t remove it for us being giving the room to us. I went to talk to the hotel staff at the lobby for all the reasons to ask if we can have a new room for my brothers, preferably change to the same floor on the 11st.

They were very helpful and stored our luggage and got us into our room early when we arrived in the morning from our flight. We like the fact it is an easy train ride in from the airport on the MRT. It is also handy having multiple food options nearby and a little Asian food court downstairs. We liked the view from the 11th floor too. We tried out the pool this trip and it was nice and refreshing to cool down from the Singapore heat.

All of Singapore accomodation is expensive and this hotel is pretty good value for Singapore but I still think it is quite expensive.

Staff were helpful, pool was nice

Room was tiny, nothing at all like the photo and not nearly big enough for 3 people. The room was incredibly noisy, I could hear people talking constantly. When we arrived the sink was filthy, it had some kind of brown liquid in it, we were so tired we just cleaned it ourselves but wasnt a very good first impression. The beds are uncomfortable and there are not enough pillows options when the pillows are so bad. Lifts take forever and have no air conditioning.

The pool and restaurant are located on the 4th floor and can only be accessed with a room card. Restaurants and stores were close by and easy to walk to.

Lobby was cramped when busy, and the shower head in the room was coming apart, so it was more of a waterfall than a shower.

Everything!!! The long windows, Room cleaning and the main thing is metro which is inside their hotel so we can very easily reach almost all the attractions through metro itself.. And there are lots of food courts nearby within walkable distance

The room is clean, the air conditioner is very cold, there is 1 bottle of water per person per night, the water in the bathroom flows well, the room is quite narrow but everything is perfectly arranged. The Subway is under the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel, such as food courts, local restaurants, McDonald's, Burger King, etc.

The shower broke, but the hotel didn't change or fix it, I had to use a broken condition like that, making it very inconvenient.
