Location was good. However the Hotel is very run down. Frayed carpets, chipped tiling everywhere. In the bedroom the desk was all chipped, the shower tiling was dirty and cracked. All carpets in public areas were pulled away from one another and very badly frayed. Rooms and hallways smelled badly. Bed covers did not fit the size of the bed. So one of us was always tugging from the other. Rooms were freezing as we could not get the AC to a comfortable control. Staff also could not help with the AC. We used to go to the balcony to warm up. Our safe kept locking us out and we had to keep calling reception for help. It drove us mad. We were not offered anything in leu for all that went wrong. Nothing???? Breakfast was okay, but the same thing everyday pushed us away and got no refund for that either. I do NOT recommend this Hotel, unless you do not care about quality, but location was good. Never got to use the pool as it was tiny, like a bathtub and always full of kids, shouting, having fun and jumping into the water all the time. This place is not for me and will never return. I always seek out other peoples travel experiences, so I hope this is of help to others.

We went for our honeymoon right after our wedding. First of all, we were told they'd prepare for us a cake to congratulate but received nothing. Second, the TV in the room not only was it outdated, no sound came out of it. Third, the aircon can only be switched from as hot as the desert or as cold as antartica there was no I between. Fourth, the breakfast spread could have been better. Omelette were made in a mess, ingredients weren't even contained.

전화기 고장으로 QR코드로 하우스키핑 룸서비스 신청해야했는데..인터넷이 느려서 불편했어요. 방 청소시키고 나갔다 오후 늦게 들어왔는데도 청소가 안되어 있었어요. 기본적으로 방음이 안됩니다..

Water heater need look into it . Anyway staffs had resolve my problem with immediately change room for me. Very good response and fast action

Pool by the couples suite was very nice. Complimentary mini bar is nice touch. Most of staff very helpful.

Couple pool suite room: phone didn't work couldn't call front desk. Thermostat broken, room very cold and no ability to adjust. Ceiling fan adjustment knob also broken so fan stuck on very high speed. Roof rain drainage pipe drains right over the daybed. Deluxe room: bathroom very moldy. Informed front desk but they weren't able to remove. Courtyard room: jacuzzi tub unable to turn off so left running non stop. Overall I think place is very old and not well maintained.

Staff were nice and tried to be helpful.

We had two bookings four rooms. Booked a few months in advance asking for the Veranda plus living room. They overbooked and didn't have one for us at checkin. They offered upgrade to courtyard room but because it was raining a lot missing out on having a living room area was very disappointing especially because family was in from overseas so we didn't have a common space to more comfortably spend time together. In other review we listed out the maintenance issues. Overall an older property and not worth it.

Room was big and location was easy to find. I did not have breakfast included. Room servicing was fast and immediate upon request.

Room floor were abit dirty and dusty and did not clear away previous customer's decoration on the floor. It took me about 40 minutes to get ushered to my room

Great location centrally on Sentosa Island. Walking distance to the beach. Shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is very green surrounded by a lush green garden. The hotel is quiet. Peacocks are running around in the park. The best part is the super friendly team! They are super helpful. What we loved best is that the have a staff inclusion program which adds to the charm. Love the pools we had access to. Especially the roof top pool. We liked the breakfast.

The hotel equipment is a bit aged and an update of the carpets and the seating in the restaurant would be great.

The room is surrounded by nature, give a Bali feeling. Love that the minibar and snack basket are complimentary, mosquito repellent is provided and smell very nice. Their shampoo, shower gel, etc smell of lemongrass that feels very close to nature.

We booked our dinner at their restaurant Shutters, food was a disappointment. We ordered medium rare steak and garlic chicken, the steak was tough and they didn't have a proper knife for us to cut the steak, the chicken was so so. It was raining on the day of check out, we requested a buggy service and waited half an hour, only to received message that they were understaffed and we ended up walking to the lobby, I'm 9 month pregnant and it was raining heavily. The aircon temperature in room 764 cannot be adjusted, it always stays at 21 deg and with the rain, the room was very cold throughout our stay.

The building was nice. The garden was beautiful.

The room I stayed in needed mentainance as well as wash room and furniture. Damages were every place in the room.

We enjoyed the Dream Pool and Sky Pool. We love the location, very quiet atmosphere, spacious area at the Dream Pool, a lot of greenery and close to nature, There is no noise at night, and we can sleep comfortably well. All staff are very friendly, and greets everyone.

There is nothing much that we don't like.

booked the one bed room villa - rare to have such properties in sg

where do i start? 1. was celebrating a special occasion and told that complimentary drink vouchers would be provided. never received them (not being cheap here, but it would have been nice to actually get what was offered) 2. check in was supposed to be 3. one bed room villa booked was not ready until 345. staff never apologised for the delay, nor were they proactive, and only said that the room would be released “ when it is ready”. nil service recovery. had to go to counter several times to check. 3. room was big but not well maintained. one pillar literally had duct tape stuck on it for some reason.

1. Staff was bad. Not helpful. Barely spoke english. Not accomodating for any requests.

The resort itself far from city , sanctuary place for quiet place , but the opposite side of hotel full of noise of fun in theme park

The facility at 4th floor - pool , shower is damaged , light is out of order, technician is agile in doing it but still under maintenance . Hospitality of the front officers ain’t that much of smile , late check in without any beverage and at the end only one male of it offered us bottle water on the spot

Check in process was super slow. My reservation was not in the system. I believed they give me standby unit for my stay. Breakfast buffet spread also not much variety, almost similar to 3star hotel.

The room..

First of all, the reception. We dont feel welcome upon arrival. There was no welcome greetings, no welcome drinks, no information that we need to get a QR code for travelling in and out of Sentosa..Room cleanup was done but without vacuming the floor.

Breakfast menu is same same everyday … should change some menu daily … difficult for no port eater since no beef menu no lamb menu ni chicken menu… Prata should come with curry chicken Seafood or chick Fried rice Curry chicken Curry mutton Such simple menu should be added What available is bacon ( pork), Lau chan meet ( port )… No rice / fried rice / fried noodle .. Should add such Asian delights … U have more expensive raw salmon / tuna / cheese menu but no asian delight cooked food .. daily I need to eat fishball noodle soup / laksa .😀
