Das Carlton Singapore Hotel liegt in einer sehr zentralen Lage und man ist schnell bei einer SMRT Station. Auch kann man sehr gut zu Fuß zur Oper und zum Merlion laufen.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und als Gast hat man positiv die Wahl, was man alles probierne und essen möchte.
Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
Das Personal im Spa Bereich ist sehr professionell und auch zu empfehlen.
hier gibt es nicht anzumerken bzw. zu beanstanden

Hotel in a good location to easily walk to many tourist spots. Good shopping malls nearby.

Location was great close to everything we needed; breakfast was good but very expensive. the room was good, great view, comfy bed, the bathroom needs a power point for the hair dryer :-), all in all it was basic, nothing in the bar fridge, not even some milk for the coffee, for the price we paid you would hope to at least to have some fresh milk instead of powder milk.

Checkin staff very unaccommodating! 10:30 am arrival, room unavailable till3pm. When arrived in room, letter on bed about upcoming building works 7days prior. Obviously room unoccupied prior to me. Was only offered 30 min later check out than usual checkout when I had late evening flight. Very uncompassionate staff.

Insgesamt sehr schönes Hotel. Gute Lage zum MRT.
Gutes Frühstück, wenn man asiatische Küche mag. Was bei uns der Fall war.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war schlecht. Es dauerte Tage (trotz zweimaligem Reparaturversuch) bis die Temperatur auf 23 Grad C war.
Bettwäsche und Sessel fühlten sich immer feucht an.
Die Lounge war immer zu kühl temperiert, sodass wir immer auf dem Balkon saßen.

Centrally located right next to the Raffles hotel, raffles mall and plenty of restaurants just across the road. Easy to get to from by bus.
No cafe after certain time.
Cafe has minimal variety of snacks. Mostly pastry
No a la carte breakfast menu for a small eater.
$42 plus taxes for buffet breakfast is too much for some especially if two are eating.
Only 2 x 500ml water supplied. That is mean!

Location is great, close to supermarket, bars and restaurants, room was comfortable and staff were friendly.
We have stayed there before but this time it was a little disappointing. The room looked a little tired and worn. Main restaurant and bar was closed which was disappointing and not shared on the hotel website. The check in staff were polite but didn’t share relevant information such as the day after we arrived was a public holiday hence more closing.

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. It is located across Chijmes dinning center and shopping centers and small shops. If you prefer walking, you can access a lot of the important spots easily.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the room I stayed in. I chose the cheapest type room expecting the least but got a very spacious room with amazing city view. Staff are so nice and the room is so neat and clean. I will definitely be back!!!!!

La ubicación es muy buena, es céntrico y se puede llegar a varios puntos turísticos desde el hotel, igualmente hay una parada del autobus turístico muy cercana para recorrer la ciudad.
Si bien el personal en general fue amable, particularmente el concierge de afuera (que era hindú) fue bastante grosero con nosotros, parece que no le gusta recibir instrucciones de mujeres, ya que mi prime le solicito un taxi y de manera muy agresiva le dijo que no, hasta que hablamos con el congierge que estaba a un costado de recepción fue que logramos algo tan simple.
