The property is located just behind Wisma Atria, which means you are within a short walking distance from Ngee Ann City (Takashimaya) and Paragon in one direction, and ION and Tangs in the other direction. The property is family-friendly and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The sliding doors to the balcony needs some repair and furnitures in the living room should be as per the current taste.

The apartment was clean and tidy. It was well air conditioned and there was a de-humidifier to help with the moisture. That was excellent. Great to have access to a kitchen. Comfortable size for the 4 of us with adult sized kids.

The furniture is quite dated and the beds were very firm. I think the whole apartment could have done with an upgrade at some point. However, all of it was functional and all of it was clean and tidy.

The location is unbeatable, right opposite Taka,ION, Orchard Rd and the MRT exit. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartments are a bit on the older side but they were clean and comfortable. The laundry facility was a bonus having kids. We had a great week here.

The apartment is old but it's clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is prime, this is the main reason why we choose this apartment. I will recommend this apartment for those who need to stay around Orchad and will definitely come back again.

The shower box in the second bathroom is too tiny, but for a week stay it's bearable.

Breakfast option is not good in this property as they have very limited choice of snacks only that too on week days only. Room service attendant was not able to communicate with us in English. Laundry service was not include in my deal & it was not communicated to me as well. Most of time Reception does not pick up the calls, that was very annoying for us. No service in the hotel after 5PM for guests which was again disappointed.
