I have stayed here many times
The attitude when I checked in. When I made my original booking I requested a walk in shower. I sent a further email prior to arrival. On check in was told I’d only booked a standard room and that’s a bath with shower over. I am unable to climb into a bath! A senior member of staff sorted it out. The young man on Reception was only doing his job but perhaps considering a tired elderly woman might be being considerate.

Shower was luke warm, but water was hot, a mixer valve problem.
Toilet pan needs replacing, ceramic enamel has broken down leaving it looking dirty and very unhygienic

Cashless policy not advertised / patrons not notified so not given choice to eat elsewhere if wish to pay cash.
Many repairs needed, broken curtains, no hot water, no heating.
Room serviced once in 4 days, coffee/tea not replenished.

Close to the airport and the rooms were a generous size, very comfortable and quiet.
Very strange layout. Rooms went off in all directions and lack of lifts.

easiest self check in I’ve ever used, so close to Heathrow Airport just a bus away, rooms spacious and facilities great. A few in hotel restaurants serving great food

The fact our van got broken into, along with another van. Reported to police, had 1 email from hotel since.

very blasé approach to honouring requests for twin beds - unreliable and not honoured despite a request well in advance, so myself and my mum had to share a double bed. very few staff working the check in and check out desks so long delays, and the automatic stations don't seem to work well with indirect bookings. long carpeted corridors make wheeling suitcases and walking with elderly relations difficult. trading on its location rather than its guest experience. no signage where hoppa bus stops but it's just outside the main reception

The Waiter at the Bar started serving people who came in after me & when I confronted him he replied that the Person I served is a close friend.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet
Bathroom had the option of bath, overhead shower or hand held shower.
Plenty of space in the rooms for the 2 large suitcases and 3 hand luggage bags we had

The hotel needs a good overhaul. When we were walking to our room along the corridors on the fourth floor, the walls had concrete cancer and the paint was peeling from the walls.
In our room,4403, the grout between the tiles in the bathroom above the bath was cracked and mouldy, the whole sink tap unit moved as you moved the tap from hot to cold and the glass shower screen has a gap in it so when you are showering the water shoots out on to the floor by the toilet.
The fridge only had 3 legs so rocked back and forth when you opened the door
The curtain hooks kept coming off so we had to keep putting them back on
We asked 3 times for firmer pillows but they never came
The Italian restaurant was grubby and there were toothpicks and bits of food in the booth seats in which we sat. A hotel restaurant really needs more choice than just pasta and pizza, this was quite disappointing.
When we were walking from our car parking space to the hotel we could see people smoking from the hotel windows in this hotel and the Radisson Red hotel next door, when these are meant to be smoking free rooms.

Fridge not working til you put the card in to keep the lights on. Room much too hot. Heating not working , could not cool it down. Windows would not open to let air in. Food and drink very expensive. No free shuttle to Terminal 4.
Not going to stay here again.

The location was great, and so was the breakfast.
I would have liked to be able to pay by cash at the bar. Also, we were given an accessible room which we didn’t need or request.

Stayed the night before an early morning flight from Heathrow. Great location for the airport. Used the hotel hoppa bus with ease, picked up from the entrance.
Ate in the onsite restaurant for tea, food was lovely.
Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable and had everything I needed, although I did have to plug the TV in as the aerials etc weren't connected. The lighting could have been better as it was pretty dark.
I wasn't made aware before arriving of a £50 deposit having to be made at check in, which I have still not had reimbursed over 2 weeks after my stay.

The location to Heathrow Airport was convenient.
Engineered flooring in hotels rooms. Not wise. Forget about an early and quiet night before an early long haul flight. We had children or two tap dancers above us. 11pm and the very loud banging went on and on until we had to contact staff. No exaggeration. It took 3 calls for staff to action it. This came after having to move to a different room, as the room window wouldn’t close and it sounded like we were sleeping on a main road with a howling storm wind. Parking … wear comfortable shoes, you’ll be walking miles from your car to the entrance. I will not stay here again.

I requested to have a bath and it was granted.
The area in the restaurant where hte breakfast was served was in complete darkness to the point that you could not see the food to be able to choose. When I asked to know they said it had been reported and no one had been able to repair it for 3 days (really???). I found this astonishing, the fact that they preferred to leave people to choose their breakfast FOOD in the dark INSTEAD OF bringing in some table lamps??? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Slow service on check-in, probably took around 30-40 mins!
Beds weren't made up for children
Heating didn't work on arrival so after 1 hour of time wasted, they offered a small heater! But I refused and they changed our room...we asked to check the children's beds we're made..they said yes, they weren't..so then delayed again waiting for housekeeping!
Attitude from the lady when I wouldn't accept a small heater!
Ended up having 3 trips back to reception to get sorted because every time we rang from the room...they never answered!
The morning after I booked the hotel with breakfast, our flights were changed so had to leave the hotel at 4am.
Contacted the hotel but they passed me back to booking.com
Booking.com didn't get back to me in time, so on arrival, I asked if the value of the breakfasts (£60 for 4) could be used for an evening meal or drinks vouchers...told no because it was our anniversary and they'd already left a gift in our room! (2 small black gift boxes with a tiny can of coke, tiny cupcake and a chocolate bar in each??)
They did cover parking (£15) and arranged 3 breakfast take out bags (but reception couldn't tell me what was in it when I was trying to ascertain if worthwhile!)
Absolutely not £15 worth each!

As we were headed straight to the airport, we couldn't eat the Cereal or drink the juice in time so ended up having to throw it away...absolute waste!
Definitely not worth £230 a night!

Only booked this hotel to use the pool with the children but after all the delays we barely had time before having food, getting showered and getting in bed early for an early flight the following morning :(
Also noticed 2 ladies complaining about something. Not sure what is was about but I heard their issue wasn't sorted after 24 hours of being there!

The location is ok for terminal 3 at Heathrow.
Our sink was blocked and didn’t drain.
There were hairs around the bathroom on the walls
There was fungus and mould all over the shower
The acoustics were terrible it was like we were sleeping with people next door and above.
The bed was rock solid.
The management staff didn’t care about fixing the sink and the very nice maintenance man didn’t turn up for 2 hours after we reported the complaint, by which time it was 11:30pm and we had to be up at 4am so politely told him it was ok and not to bother fixing our sink.
We then contacted customer services and were given a generic response not actual compensation or renumeration for our terrible experience.

The whole reception layout is a mess. Don't waste your time using the supposedly 'express' self check-in kiosks. Once it took that £50 'hold' (which I still await to be returned), I received a message saying error and to contact staff. Why did it successfully charge £50 then? I then had to wait to be assisted with staff, and once finally assisted it took a while to be checked in. Not ideal when you're exhausted from long haul flights and have to rest for another one
The room was freezing when I came in. Again, I wanted to immediately get some sleep but found myself having to wait an hour as I waited for the AC to heat the room up

The room was very small for a family travelling with luggage, it was a bit tired and not particularly clean
