lovely stay, great breakfast 3 minutes bus ride from airport ! highly recommended

On arrival was allocated a room that was already occupied! Room was what you would expect for the price. Easy access to Heathrow Terminal 3 for an early morning flight, bus stop was just over the road and only 2 stops.

Check in: friendly and efficient Room: Quiet m, clean and comfortable room with quirky decor. Facilities: Bar and restaurant. Nice food and good atmosphere. Location: Hotel Hoppa bus stop right outside the hotel so transfer to Heathrow for early flight was easy.

Hotel reception took ages to answer my calls asking for help on how to get to the hotel from terminal 4. When I checked in the keys weren’t working and the room had two single beds instead of a queen bed as booked. Had to move rooms. This was after travelling for 24 hours so I was not happy

It was great staying at Ibis Styles for my early flight. The airport is close to the hotel, with local bus stops nearby. I took a bus from and to Terminal 2 very easily.

It was very underwhelming, particularly having to schlep to the second floor, walking through various corridors to find another lift to go down to the first floor in order to access the bedroom. No staff member explained when I was given the room number. An ok stay for one night.

This was a one night stay prior to catching a flight home. It was great value, very close to the area with a bus to the central terminal right outside the hotel. The room and bed were comfortable and it was quiet. There is a pub called the "Three Magpies" within a 5 minute walk from the hotel if you want something to eat although the hotel does have some items. We would stay here again.

Budget hotel with very few amenities. It was clean, but the front desk clerks made you feel like they didnt have time for questions. Don't expect to find a parking space even if you paid. There is not a shuttle to the airport, but the bus stop is across the street. Take the Heathrow Central bus to get to the airport. It was in walking distance to a few restaurants, and a nice pub called the Three Magpies. There was a gas station next door. We were easily able to top up the rental car.

Basic but great room

I've stayed here before, and it looks like it has had some remodeling ng.my room was very clean and spacious for a solo traveler.i ate evening meal and full breakfast, both of which were good with a descent choice of items.

We had a lovely vacation in the UK until we had to spend one night at the Ibis Styles London Heathrow. Our first room had dirty towels on the floor and the shower was visibly dirty. When we returned to reception to report the dirty room, the hostess who checked us in was very flippant and only responded “oh.” When she found out about the dirty room. We were given a second room, without any real apologies or desire to “make things right.” Upon entering our second room, the bathroom was yet again disgusting. The shower handle fell off as soon as I touched it to try to turn on the shower. I thought that was the worst of it, but no. As I looked around it just got worse. There was long hair stuck to the bathroom wall. The towels smelled. The sink is practically on top of the toilet. Your knees touch the sink while sitting. And then. The stains on the bathroom wall. I don’t even want to know what these stains are. Thankfully we are only staying one night in this place. Which is such a shame because we stayed in another ibis style hotel in Glasgow and it was lovely. This one. Not so much. Avoid at all cost. We didn’t eat at the restaurant here seeing as if the rooms are this bad, I wouldn’t want to see the kitchen. Overall, it would have been better to sleep at the airport.

An OK cheap stay for a night before an early flight. Even though it's on the Hotel Hoppa, that now only runs once an hour, and a taxi to the hotel isn't overly expensive.

Very unhappy with our stay in this property. Firstly, we specifically booked with payment on arrival. I secured the booking with a credit card at the time but intended to use a debit card at check in. The property took it upon themselves to take payment about 3 days prior to our stay despite our booking saying otherwise. I questioned why this had been done at check in and they just said oh well we won't charge you again- really? This is an extremely bad business practice and has never happened in any of the other hotels I've ever stayed in.. Onto the room, the bed was so uncomfortable and the room far too hot despite us having the air on which resulted in neither of us getting any sleep for our flight the next day. I've stayed in many different Ibis hotels over the years and never had an experience as bad as this. Airport hotel that's not fit for purpose... Complete waste of money.

The toilet is so smelly. No ventilation at all. Room is small too.

A great option for an airport stopover.

Asked for a quiet room, got a noisy one instead. Walls were paper thin and I could hear exactly what was going on in both bathrooms either side of me. Hair in the shower tray and empty soap dispensers

This is usually our go-to hotel when leaving from Heathrow. It’s convenient to a pub, has proximity to wonderful Indian take away food around the corner and is walkable to many other hotels and restaurants. This time was sadly disappointing. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t functioning and multiple emails for help were not answered until apologies in the morning when the emails were read. Really hope this will improve.

Everything was fine for our overnight stay, until we turned off the lights and tried to sleep. Of course being at Heathrow we didn’t expect it to be the quietest stay ever, but the vents in the room were louder than the planes taking off. And the flashing fire alarm light directly over the bed. I don’t think we got more than an hours sleep between us with a pillow over each of our heads. Won’t stay here again.
