This hotel was very convenient for the bus and underground transportation lines. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms because of non-functioning TV sets and had to settle for a smaller room, but the staff was very accommodating in getting us moved. Even though across from the airport, room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet and afternoon snacks were great. Only negative was non-working coffee machine in lobby -- certain chocolate items never were available and staff tells me this is on ongoing issue with the machine.

Excellent hotel, within 10 minutes taxi ride of the airport, great size room and facilities, if I was going to be picky the only thing I think could be improved would be the bed sheets, very clean but could be a lot softer, wouldn’t put me off going back though.

Clean, welcoming. Breakfast was included and was terrific. Lots of options. I also liked having a kitchenette in the room. One problem we had was that the front desk told us about a shuttle to the airport, but failed to tell us that we had to buy tickets for the shuttle and what the cost was.

We had a one night stay, but wished it was longer! The rooms were cute and homey. There was plenty of room and was well stocked with kitchen necessities.

The staff from check-in (Sam), to breakfast (Amanda and another lady, whose name now escapes me — maybe Sarah or Sandra?), and housekeeping, the service was wonderful!

This hotel is easy access from Heathrow by bus. The room was very comfortable, clean and overall a very nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and the morning breakfast that was included was very nice. Would stay there again! The front desk was very helpful, quick to respond, and friendly when we needed help.

We stayed for 2 night before catching a flight out of Heathrow. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms had everything we needed including a small kitchen to cook food. The staff was always friendly and willing to help if needed. The breakfast was quite nice with lots of options. I especially liked the automatic espresso machines that made specialty drinks. We also liked the free laundry facilities (something we didn’t know before booking, but very pleased to see). The only thing we felt was missing was an airport shuttle, especially since it is SO close to the airport.

This property does not fit with the standard Staybridge properties- the tv had no streaming or casting options, it is next to the airport but has no shuttle, and the height of the bathtub is a serious accident waiting to happen.

Spacious one bedroom Suite. Breakfast was poor. Holiday Inn next door for drinks and evening food. The Gyozas followed by the lamb chops was excellent! Easy public transport to Heathrow Terminal 5 if you are not in a hurry!

Asked to give receipt to hotel employees but they repeatedly it is issued by Hotels.com! It was big disappointment even good hotel. We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Staybridge Suites prior to flying out of Heathrow. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel. It is impeccably clean, modern, sports comfortable beds, and the interior room we stayed in (overlooking the restaurant courtyard below between the Staybridge and the attached Holiday Inn) was quiet. We didn't hear a single jet taking off or landing even though the airport is just across the road. The Hotel Hoppa bus provided easy access from and to the airport. Sophia was friendly upon check-in. Food was great tasting in the hotel restaurant. I had the baked cod and my wife, the steak frites, and Hanisha, our server, was friendly, helpful, and fun to talk with. The only hitch was the lack of change provided for a 20 pound note we tried to exchange at the front desk prior to checkout (too bad for the housemaid whom we wanted to tip. However, this blip was not enough to merit less than 5 stars in our review as everything else about the stay was stellar. This will be our go to hotel at Heathrow from now on!

This was a good hotel close to the airport, so it is convenient for those overnight layovers like we had. The hotel hoppa bus is convenient, but expensive, it is worth your time figuring out the local buses, as it was just as close, but more economical.

The property is well kept, very clean. The staff is awesome, especially, the breakfast, so pleasant. I will definitely stay there. Just wish they had free parking for the guest.. lol.
