Everything was broken: shower only gave very hot water, close dryer did not work, general disrepair of structure. I'd estimate that it's a value at 30 GPB.

It is horrible, it is nothing like the pictures and should not be advertised on booking.com. The rooms and in someone’s run down house with paper thin walls. The post booking check in process is horrendous they absolutely hound you with outlandish requests for information and more money through a ridiculous process. I could not have been less impressed. It’s like a bad hostel advertised as a private room you have to leave your room and go downstairs to use the dirty toilet/bathroom which doesn’t even have a shower holder and no temperature control.

The property is extremely close to the airport, however it is well within a residential estate.

There are no staff at location, meaning there is no one monitoring the activity of the other guests. One intoxicated guest kept every single other client awake for the whole night. The bathrooms are communal, with none available on the first floor. Our bed was also broken on our arrival, meaning I had to fix it myself for fear of losing the required security-deposit, which is not made clear to you at the time of booking and paying for your property. It is an additional cost which is demanded or you after you have already paid. I did not sleep at all and actually left in the early hours, just to avoid being on site.

DO NOT BOOK!! This hotel is all self service. I was aware of this beforehand and was in contact with the property about my arrival time being late (23:00). I was told I would recieve all of the check-in information the afternoon of my stay. Not only did I never recieve ANY information reguarding check-in, all the contacts from the hotel GHOSTED me. They put me in a TERRIBLE position where I had to spend a fortune booking a new hotel last minute as I never received in check-in information and there is no front desk or any type of actual hotel building. Save your money, do not stay here it is a scam!!!

Broken bed, smelly room, barren, 16 emails from them from point of booking until arriving along for ID verifications, additional payment, and no response to my request for airport transfer despite them offering it.

Good and easy location for Heathrow. Nice, functional room which was clean.

The key was not in the lockbox, which was open. I found two men in my room (obviously a mixup). The towel was not clean. There were no complimentary items such as tea, coffee. The shower was extremely hot with no ability to reduce the temperature.

The access to property and parking were spot on, Bedroom was absolutely fine.

I had to FIX the boiler as per the instructions of the person that I got in touch with. There was no hot water. The boiler system had to be pressurised for it to work.

I booked through booking.com, and there was no place to mention I have a baby who is 6 month old. So I booked room for 2 adults; me and my husband. Just after booking I told the property that I have a baby with me. And they asked me to book another room for a 6 month old baby. Otherwise we can’t stay in the room. So I asked for refund, they rejected that as well. And at the end of the day I lost my money.

Location - was difficult to find. Needs more signage and at least a large 'number' on the front of the property. Also a light above the keybox which was difficult to find and access without any lighting

I liked that there was easy access, great parking and everything was super clean. The heated floors in the bathrooms being a nice treat too! My room was perfect for what I wanted and the location was 10/10. Clear instructions emailed to you so you know what you are doing. Thank you! Also side note - Bed and bedding was very comfortable and crisp.

There wasn't anything that I thought could of been better. All necessities for a self catering unit were there. Clean, tidy and good vibes.
