Loved the location very close to our venue.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We won't be staying again as we need a good night's sleep.

I did not like the self serve check in. They could improve the check in by having a map available at the desk and better signage to the lift. And rooms.

Room was hot and stuffy Wifi insufficient to receive email or messages- used the club next door wifi I be tried to contact Reception for the best part of an hour using the in house phone and dialing the listed landline phone number - they were never answered. I had showered and dressed for bed so had to dress again to go down to reception. I was frustrated and humiliated.

Rooms were good bed comfortable and pillows fabulous. Linen on beds lovely.

Upper management on first day walking around with air pod in one ear and when I approached desk to ask a question he was too busy to serve me because what he was doing on the computer was more important so he called for the lovely girl Tamu I think her name was to help me. She was so friendly kind and doing a great job. She had helped me check in previously. We requested a king size room and received twin beds she apologized ran around organizing a change of room. He showed no interest whatsoever kept playing on his computer and then retreated to the back office. Breakfast was a shambles. No forks first day had to wait for them to be washed and had to clean our own table as every table had dirty plates from guest before. Had to ask for butter ask for someone to fix pancake machine. Coffee machine splattered hot water on you as you waited. Second day had to again clear our table of plates. No eggs available and when it was filled up they were stone cold ! Bacon and sausages hardly cooked. Watermelon past its use by date looked ready for bin. Really ! The presentation was lovely but that’s where it stopped. That machine was fabulous quick and thank goodness for toast.

Location is perfect Easy self CheckIn/Checkout Perfect for our overnight stay. Convenience of McDonald’s next door & 7/11 down the road & Parking right across from the entrance. Always enjoy staying at the Mercure Blacktown.

I liked the location.

Had some issues with payments. Proceeded to call roughly 9 to 11 times a day trying to get in touch with someone. My call was always declined. Still have not heard back from the hotel about some items I had accidentally left in the hotel room. Was also overcharged. Overall - not a happy customer. I

The service was excellent.

There was nothing good about the property.

No staff to greet on arrival or help with check in. Bathroom was dirty. My husband and I got no sleep at all due to the noise of the accommodation. We could hear someone snoring in the next room through the walls and people were banging doors constantly throughout the night. There is no noise insulation at all. I sleep with ear plugs and this was no help. I contacted Mercure to ask for a full refund and they are refusing so I will take the matter further as this was a complete waste of money. Worse hotel I have stayed at.

We had the horrible experience in our whole compared to other accomodation we have been. Did not like one thing about this place .

From the time we entered this hotel it was all trouble. With my little daughters were being tossed from one room to another due to first room had spider in the room with dirty sofa bed second room had no cleans done dirty linen used tooth brush tinned food in fridge beds linen and towels were dirty. We had then no faith and trust that the room the were offering would be any better having our little kids chaning rooms. We asked if can cancel our stay they said you have to stay for 2 nights then will be refunded. I tell you they are bunch of liars. Please do not trust this hotel should be down graded they took our card details for refund and now changed their minds. What a bunch liars in this hotel. I will take further action will complain star rating n other consumer rights organizations about them.

Reasonably quiet, close for our needs

A little bit squashed, The lifts broke down and we are elderly.

We have previously stayed there before. The suite we had was very roomy indeed. The king size bed was very good and comfortable, we slept well. We will be staying there again in the future as it suits our needs.

The old cliche is: "Don't fix what isn't broken".

Loved the Workers Club was close for dinners and there is a breakfast area. Room was large

Second stay at Mecure Blacktown and it was great. A much quieter weekend so better sleep.
