Hotel is in amazing location, close by every thing and infront of public beach. Hotel reception, entrance and service were amazing

Three things we didn’t like: - towels and lenen are so old and smelly even if they change them they are still smelly that in one day we changed 2 times the shower towels and they were still smelly. - room are outdated and not much decoration, very plan room decoration. - the hotel has a restaurant called Papas beach, once we had breakfast was good and once we ordered wood grilled chicken but it was super old and taste bad and they knew about it, so I asked to returned and replaced with pizza.

Excellent food, customer service, friendly staff, prompt room service, efficient housekeeping, outdoor showers, private pool, and beautiful two bedroom villa.

1. Pool water temperature was hot. Felt like a hot bath without the soap. It wasn’t refreshing at all. 2. I had room 3103. Was kept up all night with something biting my feet in the bed. Left a nasty rash on both feet. 3. The white towels, white face washer, white hand towels and white bathroom mat had dirty stains on them. 4. When the toilet roll ran out I went to replaced it with the spare roll the cleaner put on the back of the toilet, it was all mouldy like it had been sitting there for years. 5. Mozzies mozzies mozzies. Never seen so many mozzies in a motel in 31 years of travelling to Bali. 5. Asked if our Indonesian family could visit us in the motel but visitors aren’t allowed. Took all these issues up with the motel to no avail. Hopefully they will be rectified them in the future so no one else has these issues. I have photos but unfortunately I can’t post them all.

Room was spacious and clean. Room was quiet as it was hidden away from the Main Street. The pool was well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool closes at 7pm so no swimming or relaxing after that time.

It was a great stay! So thankful for the nice and helpful crew. We stayed in a family room with our 2 girls (9y) and it was excellent! Good food, children were invited in the kitchen to make their own pizza and every evening live singer. And when going to bed, so quiet and no musquitos or anything. Super clean and nice smelling. Marvelous pools and gardens. Really loved our stay. Opposite to the beach, fantastic! And they arrange transport within 5min.

Staff at Alamkulkul were excellent and very attentive to any needs. The buffet breakfast is delicious and there are two swimming pools to choose from. While not a "luxury" resort we liked how it tries to give a more authentic balinese feel and we had a lovely two night stay - our shower in our Villa was a particular highlight as it had amazing pressure! It's located across the road from Legian beach and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Overall it was a great spot for our stay in Kuta

Big well layer out family room for 4, 2 nice pools, good buffet breakfast.

Pool towels were hard to come by. Breakfast for the children was extra because they were over 12 which wasn’t made clear when booking.

Very nice place to stay. Beautiful gardens and the pools were nice. Large rooms and comfortable bed. The pools were nice and all the staff to friendly.

Air-conditioning was a bit smelly. Smelt like dirt. Needed a good clean. It's a very large property and our room was second last from the very back. It was a very long walk to get back out to the main street, especially when you're doing a lot of walking everywhere. The bedding had a strong smell of bleach also.

Nice garden facilities. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with an excellent coffee machine. It is served outside on a lovely terrasse.

The room was not clean, very damp (very high humidity), and dark. I could not breathe in the room and ask for a change which was given after 2 days. The second room was slightly better but with similar problems. The mattress smelled awful, it must have been ages old. We were there for work. From 6 persons only one of us had a nice room due to an upgrade (we already didn't book the cheapest rooms!) Very disappointed withe the rooms and the management did not want to help. Internet was extremely weak.

From airport to room , the process went easily. My room was what I expected and the staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a bit limited but OK.

All the staff are absolutely amazing. They couldn’t do enough for you. We had breakfast every morning, which was always beautiful and we were greeted with a smile every day.

I loved how quiet and peaceful it was in our room and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Having the restaurant was a bonus and being so close to the beach exceptional.

I think you could replace towels and linen, I know there has been difficult times, but an update on these would be perfect

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location easy to find. Kuta Beach is less than 5 minutes walk. I'm travelling with 3 friends and the hotel provide single bed each in a room. Very convenient. Food are easy to find as there are restaurants and bars along the road.

Bathroom door cannot fully close. Its okay though.

Room was nice and clean .Pool was clean and well suited for everyone

We where bottom floor as my husband has walking aids .The only problem was we had young children upstairs that we could hear running around .Also we didnt recieve a fruit basket on arrive as did the other guest that we spoke to. Also didnt think that we should have to pay a week before we arrived .
