spacious, well-equipped, clean. Very close to lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect for the conference centre. Booked for my second stay for conferences.

No concerns

The location was perfect. I received a bottle of champagne as it was my birthday. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outside pool area was great and the lounges were comfy for relaxing. The room was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The facilities were good however a few extra towels and bath robes in the room would have been good. The beds were clean but quite hard after 3 nights!

I liked that the property was walking distance to everything, especially Pacific Fair.

Nothing really to fault, it was a bit expensive but worth it.

Desppite being on 22nd floor & windows closed etc, a lot of road noise/ could easily hear people talking late at night at street level, so not very sound proof

The room was extremely dirty. The floor was filthy, and the shower had mould in the grout. The toilet seat was dirty and had brown stains all over it. I thought I would ignore these things until I went to make a coffee. The 1st cup was dirty, and the 2nd had chips on every side of it. When I went down to reception to ask for a new blanket, the 2 ladies on reception were too busy arguing to realise I was standing there. The bed was joined together. Which would have been fine if it didn't have 2 different height beds. My husbands bed was about 4 cm higher than my side. There was also a 15-minute wait to get on the lift after checking in. Would not return or recommend this place, which is a shame.
