Amazing view, in front of the beach. Located close to everything: supermarket, restaurants, city center and surfer paradise beach. Spacious and well equiped apartment

Great location, clean and tidy and Barbie at reception was lovel! Apartment decor is a little dated but that didn’t bother us as it has a lovely view and handy to everything. Would stay again for sure.

When we checked in, we noted the aircon was leaking inside the room. Hence, the room was very smelly. We reported that to reception, but they said it take 3 days to fix it, and there is only one aircon technician. So we did an early checkout, and they refunded the reminder of the days booking fees. But I have to go through all the pains of getting another booking and cost a lot

The location and facilities, easy for check in. Good for money and family.

Quite old, internet is not entirely free. There was woods inside the cupboard in the main room from the floor (?), don’t know what it is for.

A few things need attention

I liked the location, it is right on the beach and walking distance to the fun spots.

The photos are misleading. I was given an outdated apartment with multicoloured carpet opposed to the fresh modern unit I saw in the pics. I could have stayed elsewhere for cheaper but I liked the look of the unit in the photos so went there. I was disappointed when I walked in the door. I tried to provide feedback at the front desk but it wasn’t well received. The apartment is nice, it did the trick, but they need to drop the price and update the photos so you get what you pay for (based on what they advertise in the photos IMO)

The location was excellent and the staff went over and above to accommodate our requests. We could. It be happier, The Grosvenor is our go to place for all our future holidays on the Gold Coast.

it was perfect for what we were after for our little family.

didn’t like I couldn’t lock all the doors to the balcony and that my 3 yr old was able to unlock/open those doors. otherwise we were very happy with the whole apartment.

Excellent location with beach view. Apartment was clean and kitchen utensils and appliances were well stocked. Everything in the apartment was working and in good condition.

Absolutely No availability for late check out when requested at time of check in. 10am departure on Sunday morning from Surfer's is not good practice for a holiday location.

Unit was so modern & bright . Staff were very bright & helpful. View was amazing with everything you need around you within walking distance, it was our second time staying here & will be staying again .. It’s very peaceful & relaxing..

The location was amazing. The swimming pool area was very clean nice sunbeds and tables and chairs. The reception area and other areas were always kept clean and tidy. The two ladies in reception was very helpful.

The apartment was huge but it was very outdated and the pictures on Booking.com does not reflect this. for a short break only we cut short out stay.
