The location was perfect! Close to everything with incredible views from L28! Clean apartment on arrival.

We should not have had to pick up the key from a different location from the hotel it was our first time the GC and added to the stress of travel. Someone should have brought the key to us instead. On arriving to the reception we were told we had to do the dishes and take out our rubbish before departure otherwise they would charge us and we wouldn't get the $300 bond back. This was nowhere mentioned when we booked. The property itself was clean, but felt dated to what the photos showed. The jets in the bath didn't work and the toilet was difficult to flush.

Best location and river view was awesome. Good size apartments.

Just need little more cleaning, like carpet was not vacuumed properly. Also things like a small botttle of handwashing liquid could have been very handy when you arrive late and shops are closed . Thanks

The location only

It took over 20 minutes for the lift. The pool water was alway cold and only had 2 sets of keys. Which always kept us confused.

Great location close to everything. Large apartment with great views of both the river and the ocean.

Needs a bit of of work to the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom (cupboards and doors not shutting properly) air conditioning system was difficult to work out (maybe an instruction manual should be in the room for it?) got really hot the first night then really cold the second night.

1) The office or the reception for check in and out is far from our apartment building . We have to carry our luggage by ourselves in the road. 2) There are no early check in and late check out. 3) cleaning service is available once a week.
