Very comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay.

Late check in (3pm) if you arrive on an earlier flight. Luckily I was able to check in earlier at 1pm.

كل شي !! الشقه اكثر من رائعه ومدهشه وفخمه جدا طاقم التنظيف المسبح الهدوء المطبخ ، غرفه النوم ، غساله الملابس💖 موظفي الاستقبال ، المبني جميل ورائع ويضم بقاله مميزه وأستار بوكس وأكثر من مطعم وصيدليه !!

Staff ramah, kebersihan sangat terjaga, kenyamanan baik, fasilitas sport ( fitness & swiming pool ) cukup lengkap ( minus bilyard ), Overal saya kasih nilai 9

untuk petugas di depan atau security hendaknya tidak memandang remeh tamu dengan mobil biasa. Karena meraka datang dan menginap sudah membayar dengan harga mahal. Berikan pelayanan yg sama kepada semua tamu. Padahal uang tip selalu kami berikan dengan nilai yg lumayan utk setiap aktivitas service dari pihak hotel

The location is strategic, walking distance to restaurants and malls. The apartment has everything. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The toilet waa not very clean.

The room n the restaurant smell a bit stuffy unfortunately ( understand the hotel has multi years of age), and the staffs needs to be more friendlier n helpful. Housekeeping Staffs, bellboy and security are very helpful though..

Oakwood is an excellent choice of hotel in Jakarta. My first stay here was in 2008, when Oakwood was brand new. The place is very well maintained and well kept. The staff is very kind and polite and helpful. Oakwood is a pleasant oasis in a crowded, hot, humid, chaotic city

Location, value for money, I rented 3 BR apartment. It was perfect for a family. Breakfast for kids under 12 y.o was free so that's great.

The washing machine was complicated to operate

The location is in a quiet area. The breakfast was good. The Staff was collaborative and helpful.

1-There was a stain of blood on the bed's mattress. Also, the shower area wasn't clean. 2-No CCTV in the corridor of each floor. 3-WiFi was weak

Breakfast. Too boring. Little variation and not very tasteful.

people are allowed and do smoke right next to the swimming pool where people exercise, which is very annoying
