Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles war frisch zubereitet. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und die Frühstücks-Räumlichkeit sehr ansprechend und zur Weihnachtszeit schön geschmückt.
Es gab vieles in Töpfchen schon vorbereitet.
War nur 1 Nacht da und mir ist nichts negatives aufgefallen

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem hört man keine Straßengeräusche. Für einen kurzen Moment konnte man ein Gespräch auf dem Flur mitbekommen, insgesamt war es jedoch sehr geräuscharm.
Sehr bequeme Betten - insgesamt sehr, sehr sauber - Shampoo/Waschlotion/Bodylotion hochwertig - reichlich Handtücher und Bodenmatte - Fön vorhanden. Minibar mit Wasser und Cola gegen Bezahlung.
Frühstücksbüffet mit großer Auswahl und sehr gut.
Sehr nettes Personal, hilft zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit freundlich weiter, ebenso das Personal beim Frühstück.

Sehr zentrale Lage mitten in Stuttgart, trotzdem ruhig. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück!
Teilweise sieht alles etwas altmodisch aus, was ich aber nicht wirklich schlimm finde.

Freundlichkeit beim Empfang, Zimmer konnte früher bezogen werden,
Einzelzimmer war groß und hell, das Bad war sehr sauber und groß, tolle Pflegemittel.
Das Frühstück war erstklassig, viel frisches Obst, tolle Brotauswahl, alles was das Herz begehrt.

Siisti yksityinen hotelli lähellä rautatie- ja metroasemaa.Oli rauhallisella paikalla, kun ei ollut juurikaan ohiajoliikennettä. Siisti huone, hyvä ellei jopa erinomainen aamiainen ja hyvä palvelu. Hinta/laatusuhde oli oikein hyvä.Voin suositella!
Ei juurikaan moitittavaa.Oli vähän sivussa keskustasta. Syysmyrskyllä ikkunoiden vieressä olevat vaijerit pitävät aika kovaa ääntä.

Breakfast was amazing. By nice weather it is served in a beautiful garden. I am not vegan but I have vegan friends and they always complain that there is no food for them in the hotels. This hotel is definitely vegan friendly: several options by breakfast

Reception was super friendly and helpful. They changed my room when the air-conditioner was not working well. Had no hassles

Liked the room, cleanliness, location and affordable price.
Poor communication:
I was allowed by a member of staff to stay until 12 instead of 11 am, but the day after I was rebuked by another member for checking out at 12.
In addition, I checked in around 6 pm, and the staff didn't tell me about the opening hours of the spa when we talked about it. So it was closed when I came back from dinner and I was told it would open at 4 pm the day after. As I only stayed 1 night, I couldn't enjoy it!

Location was good, it’s only 10 minutes walking from central train station and center. The room was good and the breakfast was perfect. The staff were very friendly and kind.
